Providing services for Manning, Running & daily operation of Main Receiving station (HT/LT) located at Panchu Tikrey, Hut Bay Sub Station by deploying One Electrician Skilled in each shift (Two shift per day - 8 Hours per shift), including Sundays & Holidays and also attending break downs/ repairs on break down, day to day complaint calls of HT & LT lines/domestic in the area and rectify the problems by replacing DO fuses and HT jumpers etc and restore the electric supply in area with necessary arrangement etc consisting of following :- (a) Main Supply at 11 KV - 1 Nos Receiving Points from AED, Panchu Tikery Hut Bay (b) 160 KVA Transformer, (c) Two pole structure - 02 Nos including GOD, DO fuse unit, LA (d) LT including outdoor panel - 02 Nos and Distribution LT panel - 02 Nos Note :- (a) Cost including the rate of the DO fuses, Aluminium, conductor for jumper as required, Safety devices and apron shall be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use by the operator on the duty. No extra payment shall be made for the same (b) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMINGS) (i) Morning Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (ii) Evening Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours Note :- One skilled Electrician per shift (c) All tradesman being deployed by the contractor for redenering manning & operation services for E/M installation should posses adequate and minimum educational qualification and experience which render them suitable for the job as approved by GE. (d) Attendance register and nominal roll of tradesman deployed must be meticulously maintained. (e) All tradesman deployed by the contractor should not wear loose clothes while operating plant and machinery. Proper clothing (preferably a overall combination) with name plate and required protective gears (like Helmets, Hand gloves, goggles, rubber boots etc wherever necessitated ) will be made available by the contractor. (f) Rate to be quoted for per shift.

Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Water Supply Installation at Panchu Tikrey, Hut Bay comprising with pumping sets of capacity 3 HP - 02 Nos and Electric Panels, sluice valve and water supply distributions system, Underground Sump 30000 ltr capacity, with deploying One Operator (FGM) in each shift (TWO SHIFTS PER DAY - Morning & Evening) 8 Hours per shift including Sunday & Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) The term 'Daily Operation' includes Minor maintenance like General Clearing, Cleaning of Machines, Equipments, arresing leakage near pump, valve etc and Hourly Reading, Recording of each Plant. Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor to all Equipments of each pump set in standard Proforma to make record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions/equipment are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use by the Operator on duty. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same. NOTE :- (a) The term 'Daily Operation' includes Minor maintenance like General Clearing, Cleaning of Machines, Equipments, arresing leakage near pump, sluice valve by applying suitable size of gland packing etc and Hourly Reading, Recording of each Plant. Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor to all Equipments of each pump set in standard Proforma to make record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge.
