Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris from site to outside MoD Land.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only Glass dividing strips 3mm thick width 38 mm in flooring all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with making joints and filling with bitumen sand mastic including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floor, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick factory made reflective type heavy duty smooth finish cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction casted in rubber/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. including vibrating the surface with vibrating machine complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made chequered tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick set and joint in neat cement slurry as in flooring with white cement and pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of existing treatment from roof including tiles, tarfelt, coba cement plaster, mud puska, leaping plaster etc of any description and any thickness including flashing and junction of parapet up to 4th storey building and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming, wire brushing including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) as in roof padding to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric material with 160gms/Sqm black laid over compatible bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.40 litre per Sqm and laid by torch application method with overlap 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membrane. At the junction of roof and parapet wall a groove of 20mmx20mm shall be made at the height of 100mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed/ fused with bituminous mastic. Damaged portion shall be made good with cement mortar. Joint/overlap sealed with torch application for parapets etc. Two coats of water proofing bituminous aluminum paint shall be carried out on top of APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Laying of APP membrance shall be carried out through company authorised applicator. (ii) Independent testing of membrance through approved lab for technical parameter shall be carried out by the contractor and test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Supply only Liquied water Proofing Compound complete all as directed.

Taking down PVC rain water pipe of any size including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to walls including suitable clamps complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing PVC (SWR) bends of 110mm bore to PVC pipes complete.

Supply and fixing in repair 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for gunniting work to RCC work in column, flooring, side walls, beam, slab etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire net less than 95x95x3mm tied to existing reinforcement with nails, adhesive plaster grade for concrete and providing gunniting pressue 2.00/2.5 Kg/Sqm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand with average thickness 30mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth , without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid colour glazed tiles 7mm to 8mm thick squre or rectangular area of each tile excedding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in grey cement and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for colour glazed cermic tiles as in vertical surfaces, dado, skirting etc of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile over & including 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
