Upgradation & Black topping road to Alathur E- Zone Jankit Nagar road, Km 0/0-2/0, R.123

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Collection and supply of Quarry rubbishin apporoved quarry including and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc completed

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 Grading III.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying Primecoat over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc., Complete.

Applying Tackcoat over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg / 10 sq.m RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc., Complete.

Bituminous Macadam 50 MM thick including hire and Labour charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and Laying U.S. gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
