Demolition of cement concrete existing base and repair as required for laying of fresh concrete layer. Cleaning the surface of court of all weeds and other grass by scrapping the soil. M&L for Top layer of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including finishing . M&L for open storm water drain on both or single side depending on site conditions for effective drainage of rain water having a depth of 4 inch and width of 6 inch finished with slope of 1:120 complete all as specified and as directed.

SYNTHETIC 8 LAYER OUTDOOR SPORTS SYNTHETIC SURFACE:- The system consists of laying 8-layers as given as under :- 1st layer of applying Acrylic Resurfacer mixed with approved grade of silica sand and cement and water and applied with rubber squeege @0.020 per sq.ft as per manufacturers specifications. 2nd layer of applying SBR granules mixed with rebound liquid rubber resin and water @0.17 ltrs per sq.ft as per manufacturer's specifications. 3rd layer of applying SBR granuler mixed with rebound liquid rubber resin and water @0.17 ltrs per sq.ft as per manufaeturer's specifaction. 4th and 5ty layer of aspplying SBR granules mixed with rebound liquid rubber resin @0.017 ltrs per sq.ft as per manufacturer's specifications. 6th layer of applying acrylic filler layer mixed with approved grade of silca sand and water @ 0.025 ltrs per sq.ft as per manufacturer's specification. 7th and 8th layer of UV resistant rebound Acrylic colour of approved shade mixed with approved grade of silica sand and water @0.022 ltrs per sq.ft as per manufacturer's specification. Application of UV protected white rebound line marking as per international standards. Product should be imported and manufactured under ISo: 9001 2008 quality management.

Tie of MS Square pipe 37mmx37mmx3mm at top support, chaink link fencing to be of 2mm thick GI wire spaced 2" apart. Grouting, priming, painting of the fence. Gate : one swinging gate 3' wide and 8' in height.

Lighting (Four 20 ft high from ground level ERW medium pipe electric poles. Make a square frame of MS pipe and installed on the top of the poles. Putting steps on each of the poles so that the maintenance can be easier putting 1 mm 2 core wires from top of the pole to bottom for each LED lights. Intalling MCB 32 Amp and other electrical switches for LED light in an electrical box one each for one pole and one main box where all these four boxes. Installing of 8 LED light 100 watt (two on each pole). Control unit : Power 20 wt, Watts : 100 wt, Life : 50000O hrz, colour of light : Wam white/Yellow, light decay 5% lumens : 1:6001m, IR Radiation, High brightness SMD LED.
