Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of MS ERW steel flanged pipe of size 150mm dia as per IS-3589 wall thickness of pipe 5.0mm laid in trenches, under road, culvert, etc. including all necessary fittings such as Tee, Bend, Nipple, heavy duty flanged etc including nut bolt washer, rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness all as specified and directed.

Laying and testing only serviceable Old GI pipe of size 100mm bore including provn of new fitting such as Bend, Elbow, Tee,Nipple reducer, Heavy Duty Flange, Nut bolts, washer, rubber/Fiber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Old servieceable GI Pipe retrieved from item No. 3.00 shall be used under this item.

Laying and testing only serviceable Old GI pipe of size 80mm bore including all necessary fitting such as Bend,Elbow,Tee,Nipple reducer,Heavy Duty Flange,Nut bolts washer, rubber/Fiber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Old servieceable GI Pipe retrieved from item No. 2.00 shall be used under tjhis item.

Laying and testing only serviceable Old GI pipe of size 50mm bore including all necessary fitting such as Bend,Elbow,Tee,Nipple reducer, socket,union etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Old servieceable GI Pipe retrieved from item No. 1.00 shall be used under tjhis item.

Supply ,fixing ,Jointing and testing of CI sluice valve, heavy duty for 150 mm bore pipe with flanged ends PN-1.6, IS-14846 including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber, gasket complete all as specified and directed. Note : CI sluice valve shall be fixed in washout line at any point, in entire route of pipe line as per direction.

Supply ,fixing, Jointing and testing of CI sluice valve, heavy duty for 100 mm bore pipe with flanged ends, PN-1.6, IS-14846 including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber, gasket complete in all respect. Note : CI sluice valve shall be fixed between spring No. 3 to 2 pipe line as per direction.

Supply ,fixing, Jointing and testing of CI sluice valve, heavy duty for 80 mm bore pipe with flanged ends, PN-1.6, IS-14846 including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber, gasket complete in all respect. Note : CI sluice valve shall be fixed between spring No. 3 to 4 pipe line as per direction.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve, painted finish, with forged brass spindle and iron wheel head, screwed both ends internally IS-778 marked, Class-2, for iron pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note : Gun metal gate valve shall be fixed between spring No. 4 to 5 pipe line as per direction.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of cast iron Air Release Valve with 2 air outlet confirming to IS 14845 of size 150mm dia bore fixing in cast Iron/Mild Steel supply main of 150 mm, including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts and washers and rubber/fiber gaskets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Air Release Valve shall be fixed in entire route of pipe line as per direction.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Y type strainer cast steel flanged ends of size 150mm bore in suction line fixed with nuts, bolts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note : Y type cast steel flanged end strainer of size 150mm shall be fixed near spring No. 1 and 2 as per direction.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Y type strainer cast steel flanged ends of size 100mm bore in suction line fixed with nuts, bolts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note : Y type cast steel flanged end strainer of size 100mm shall be fixed near spring No.3 as per direction.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Y type strainer cast steel flanged ends of size 80mm bore in suction line fixed with nuts, bolts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note : Y type cast steel flanged end strainer of size 80mm shall be fixed near spring No.4 as per direction.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of cast iron Air Release Valve with 2 air outlet confirming to IS 14845 of size 100mm dia bore fixing in cast Iron/Mild Steel supply main of 100 mm, including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts and washers and rubber/fiber gaskets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Air Release Valve shall be fixed between route of pipe line between Spring No. 3 to 2 as per direction.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of internal size 90cm x 90 cm x 120 cm over PCC base 100mm thick in 1:4:8 including locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. The rates quoted under this item shall be inclusive of following work:- (i) Excavation in hard/dense soil , PCC 1:4:8, 100mm thick in foundation including retuning filling and removal of excavated soil. (ii) 230mm thick Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (iii) 15mm thick rendering on bottom of pit , internal and external surface of brick work in CM 1:4 including three coat of white wash. (iv) Angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6 mm grouted in 75mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B0 over brick wall. (v) Covering of mild steel sheet 5mm thick fixed on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm incl locking arrangement, lifting handle, etc and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface.

Material and labour for waliing of random rubble, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in mortar ratio 1:6 for supporting Pillar for water main line of any description and dia complete all as specified and directed. Note- The work will be carried out near to water intake catch pit at Spring No. 5 and 4 or any other location as directed.

Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar ratio 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making X & Y section to support the water mains 150mm dia pipe by using MS angle iron, channel, MS flat iron with nut bolt washer etc. insluding necessary welding works and earth work, PCC for supporting pillar to water main pipe 150mm dia Note:- earthwork & PCC works measured and paid seperatly in respective items.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of water catch pit Spring No 05 by removing settled soil and boulders and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including cleaning and washing of water catch pit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces of any description in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall surface, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for 0.8mm thick, mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths, covering to door shutters, covering to door chowkats, water tanks, water troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed ,holes punched including round headed screws, etc with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/reveted seams including bending , turning up, mitred angles, etc.as required, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde E-165) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new or pre-primed steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of dry distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, manholes, for taking up or laying of pipes/cables, etc. and not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 222153.90 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
