Design, Manufacturing Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of 1000A LT Panel. The panel shall be Indoor, free standing, floor mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dead front, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalized design fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet steel, complete with colour coded, heat shrinkable PVC insulated, copper bus bars and separate earth bus bar of adequate cross section through out the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a fully segregated, modular multiter arrangement with adequate size and distinct cable alley, bus bar alley/chamber. The panel shall be complete with name plate, earthing, numbering, danger plate etc. as required and as per specifications and drawings. The panel shall withstand the fault level of 35kA as per Single Line Diagram:- Incomer (2x630KVA 11/0.433KV Transformer): 1000A FP MDO ACB With O/L,S/C & E/F Protection - 2 set. Metering (Incoming) : Multifunction Meter showing all Electrical Parameter along with Phase Indicating Lights, Current Transformer, Control MCB etc.- 1 Sets Buscoupler-1000A FP MDO ACB- 1 Nos. Bus Bar: 1000A Aluminum Bus Bar. Outgoing (170 HP Motor)- 250A FP 36KA MCCB with Extended Type Rotary Handle and Spreaders along with Amp Meter- 03 Nos Outgoing (Lighting Load)- 100A FP25KA MCCB with Extended type Rotary Handle and Spreader along with Amp Meter.
