M&L for dismantling of compressor of central AC plant complete with connected copper pipe line and loading unloading mechanism & pump down the existing refrigerant in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carrying out complete over hauling of compressor of Model:- 05018, Make:-Voltas (R-22) and capacity of plant:-15 TR including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning with detergent, cotton waste, compressor oil etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts compete system for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system including following operation complete all as specified & as directed: - (i) Supply and Charging of Nitrogen Gas in unit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 72 Hrs after replacement of compressor & rectification of leakage if any. (ii) Vaccuumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure & rectification of leakage, if any. (iii) Supply & Charging of complete system with R - 22 gas for maintaining the system pressure up to HP - 175 psi & LP - 65 psi. (iv) Measure the inlet and outdoor temperature of Chiller unit for performance checking and maintaining temperature as required at site. (v) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. Record of all testing shall be prepared & kept in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge for future reference. Notes :- (a) Spare parts of compressor, required to be replaced, shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective item of this schedule (Srl Item Nos 1.01 to1.22). However, cost of labour shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item. (b) Any minor items required for overhauling except described here -in - after shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and the rates of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement Factory made Double skin Air Handling unit (AHU) as per detailed specifications mentioned here in under complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) The dimensions of AHU panel shall be 1970 mm X 1400 mm X 1100 mm. (vii) The front side of AHU panel unit shall be supported on full perimeter base frame constructed from heavy duty galvanized steel sheet with complete all fittings as per site required for 4500 CFM, 60(mm wg) static pressure, AHU (viii) AHU BLOWERS Motor, three phase motor, Capacity 2.2 KW, 415V, 50HZ with all connected accessories and all fitting suitable for 4500 CFM and 60 mm wg static pressure Make of blower Motor: Krilosker/Siemens/Crompton Greaves (ix) CHW TYPE coil with fins, 9 Sqft coil area, GI coil casing / blank offs, coil section with 4 row, copper tube material, 12.7 mm tube dia, 27 SWG/ 0.41 mm thickness of tube, 4 RD cooling, MS header material and 0.15 mm thick plain aluminium fins with No. of fins per inch 11/12, Suitable for AHU of 12000 CFM, 50 (mm wg) static pressure, along with connected fixing brackets etc complete (AHRI certified as per test standard ARI-410 &UL certified for safety).

M &L for Cleaning of cooling tower of central AC plant of capacity 3X75TR by applying the suitable chemical and removing all the deposited dust, foreign material, cleaning of filter and servicing of CT fan motor, sprinkler and PVC arms complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of complete water cooled central AC Plant of under mentioned capacity (AC plant including all compressor, compressor Motor, compressor pipe lines, valves, pump sets, cooling tower steel surface, AHU pipe lines and chiller pipes etc) by preparation of old painted surface, removing of dirt / dust / oil grease etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
