Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering and Curring Complete- All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation , plinth, under flooring & retaining walls etc. complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M- 30 grade made by block making machine with vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 100 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth and in superstructure including cost of formwork / scaffolding etc complete. All work upto floor V level

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior/exterior plastering including cost of form work/scaffolding as required upto height of floor V level.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade (Two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm.
