Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall/floor ceramic or any tiling of any type or any thickness including cement mortar bedding (including backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in hard standing including making joints at 3m intervals and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing Cement concrete (Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 30mm thick in top finish along with non-metallic floor hardener. Note :- Supply only non-metallic floor hardener shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing 4mm thick non asbestos fibre sheet cement building boards in ceiling fixed as per manufacturer instructions all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Refixing of ceiling board of any thickness (obtained from item No. 13) in ceiling fixed with screw complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix wind operated Turbo Ventilators of size 24 inches dia with FRB base plate. Material of construction for ventilator is High grade Industrial Aluminium of thickness not less then 0.5mm. Material of construction for Hardware is stainless steel -304. Bearing shall be of steel in completely enclosed and dustproof integrated housing and aligned with each other, It shall have capability to rotate at nearly zero wind speed. Turbo ventilator shall have UV stabilized powder coated and capable of static balancing shall have high exhaust capacity and there shall not be any exhaust problem due to air back draft. Fixing arrangement shall have high quality rubberized hardware to prevent rain Ingres. All Turbo Ventilators to be installed by manufacturer’s auth person only. Contractor shall give no leakage guaranty for period of three years from the date of installation of Turbo Ventilator all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix grills for air circulation for turbo ventilator made with powder coated aluminium frames of size 600x600mm fixed in false ceiling grid thickness not less than 2mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of aluminium paint on old steel surfaces over 10 cm girth including necessary preparation of old surfaces all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm girth including necessary preparation of surfaces all specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs, exceeding 2.50 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length with thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 over 5 mm thick, floating coat in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for brick work with old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching of manholes including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 CM in girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including form moulds, stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to existing hangar steel sliding door shutter of leaf of size 4.50 M(clear width) 6.00 M (clear height) of each, straightening of worn-out top & bottom rails, replace unserviceable existing rollers, tightening/replacing the loose nut and bolts, necessary/required welding of rails with hanger structure, replacement of broken locking arrangement etc oiling, greasing etc and one coat of aluminium paint to complete door structure etc for smooth functioning of hanger door shutter all as specified. Note: Hangar Door is to be removed completely by any mechanical machinery / cranes and then repaired and to be refitted after doing necessary repair / maintenance works.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints for 100mm thick concrete, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Alu point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items shall be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and GI bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete. NOTE : GI strip upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil, all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Supply and fix IP 66 Pole Mounted street lighting Junction Box for controlling building security lights 160x240x120 mm made of Polycarbonate, supplied with 1 No. 6A Amp 10KA SP MCB, 1 No. 63A 4P FR Polyamide color coded RYBN Terminals Block, 1 No. each of Earth & Neutral Terminal mounted on 35mm DIN channel and fitted inside Enclosure along with Pole Mounting bracket, pole clamp & hardware made of Stainless Steel 304. The Junction Box enclosure Cover should have 2 nos Polycarbonate Hinges with SS 304 Hinge pin, for Cover not to detach from Base on opening and should be properly tightened to base with Polycarbonate screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Synchronizing electronic timer unit operated on AC 230 Volts, 24 hrs clock time for controlling street lights including taking down old unserviceable timer switches complete all as directed. Cat Part No : 412641 of Legrand or equivalent in L&T, ABB.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12mm dia and 300mm length fixed to aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix supporting pipe for air termination rod 40 mm light grade GI tube with necessary cutting and fixing on roof including necessary PCC foundation all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm thick with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing GI earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.
