SCH 'A PART - VII (CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM) Note1: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only Note 2: Rates under this schedule are deemed to be inclusive of all the allied items, Civil or E/M, required for completion and comissioning of the plant. Hence, nothing extra shall be paid. Please refer uploaded consultancy drawings before quoting.

Oil Fired Hot Water Generator : Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Oil Fired Glycol based Hot water generator of cap 3 Lac Kcal/Hr using HSD oil complete with combustion chamber and equipment automatic monoblock burner assembly, fire tubes, control panel with sequence controller, photo cell for flame failure, HT transfer electrodes, blower assembly, electric Panel, mounting frame, pressure gauges at inlet and outlet suitable for operation on 50 Hz, three phase, 440 volts AC supply. The Burner should comply as per ISO or equivalent standard. Inlet temp of fluid should be as per site requirement and the boiler shall be able to deliver fluid with maximum outlet temp 90°C. The saftey valves for the Boiler are to be included in price including the following :- Note :- Out of the total Qty of 03 Nos, 02 shall be working and 01 No. shall be stand by.

(a) All neccessary accessories required for the proper functioning of Hot Water Genearator are included in price. (b)The prices should include lifting, shifting and positioning of units at Site. (c) Hot Water Genearator installation to be done as per Manufacturer's recommendation with all installation requirements i.e Foundation, Vibration Isolator,Insulation etc as recommended by Manufacturer for the Ambient Temperature of Site. Installation of Hot Water Genearator is included in quoted price which includes the Civil Structure, Mechanical Structure etc as recommended by Manufacturer. FLUE GAS EXHAUST PIPE: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MS Flue Gas Exhaust Pipe as per site condition with header made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet, minimum 1.2 m above the highest point of the plant room and including connection from HOT Water generator to main vertical exhaust pipe fabricated from 3mm thick MS sheet to be connected to common exhaust pipe header of suitable Diameter. The Hot water generator's shall be connected to a independent flue gas exhaust pipe of suitable size and as per manufacturer's guide lines. The portion of the flue gas exhaust pipe inside the building shall be insulated with 25 mm thick mineral Glass Insulation wool of 24kg/cum with 26 guage GI sheet cladding . The Flue gas exhaust pipe shall be complete with mounting/fixing arrangement as specified and shall be as per the recommendation of OEM and site condition with header in Consultation with Engineer - in - Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Please refer drawings for the same.

GLYCOL CIRCULATION CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS: Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Variable speed Hot water vertical, in line, long/ short coupled centrifugal pump. The pump should be BMS compatible and shall be capable of delivering capacity as mentioned below, complete with TEFC induction motor with class ‘F’ insulation to operate on 415±10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply for each pump. The pump motor shall be of IE-3 class efficiency. Each pump shall have CI body, Bronze impeller, spacer coupling and coupling guard, The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a fluid temperature of (-)25 Degree Celcius to (+)120 Degree Celcius. Vendor shall provide antivibration arrangement for pumps . The scope also shall include the following :- (a) DOL starter for pump set. (b) 25 mm thick polyvinyl nitrile rubber insulation duly cladded between aluminium sheets of 0.5mm thickness and properly clamped to pump.

(c) 3 Nos. - 150 mm dia type pressure gauges (d) Mounting frame with antivibration pads (In case pumps are inline, anti vibration system shall be as per Manufacturers recommendation) (e) RCC/Cement concrete foundation for the pump unit. (In case pumps are inline, foundation shall be as per Manufacturers recommendation). (f) Capacity of pump set shall be not less than 175 USGPM of water flow at 30 mtr head for each including the triple duct valve and End Suction guide. Make of Pump: Armstrong / Xylem /Grundfoss/Wilo. Note : Out of total quantity of 3 nos, 2nos. shall be working and 1 no. shall be stand by.

EXPANSION TANK and Pressurisation Unit: Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of INSULATED PRESSURISED CLOSED WATER EXPANSION TANK of capacity 500 litres suitable for total volume of Glycol - Water Solution circuit along with necessary accessories including 2 Nos pumps (1 working +1 standby) with all the necessary accessories with Pressure Transmitter and interconnecting Pipe & Isolating Valve complete with piping connections, safety relief valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, automatic air purging arrangement etc. The tank shall be pre-charged. Expansion tank Shall be with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder. The tank connection's should be as per OEM recommendations and 20 mm drain and charging valve connection to facilitate the on site charging of nitrogen in the tank. The tank shall be fitted with lifting rings and a floor mounting skirt for vertical installation. The tank must be constructed in accordance with IS-STANDARD 2825-1969 (with latest Revision) and Rated at PN 16 and ASME Stamped. The complete system shall be

sourced from single manufacturer and supplied and installed with all accessories and safety fixtures required for proper functioning of the complete hydronic system. The tank duly painted in approved colour shall be complete with pressure switches and power distribution and control panel IP55 Control Panel, Pressure Transmitter, interconnecting piping & wiring. Hot Glycol - Water closed vessel pressurized expansion tank as described above shall be duly Insulated with 50 mm thick PUF/Nitrile Rubber insulating material or Equivalent U value Insulating material and cladded with aluminium Sheet (20G).

(b) PRESSURIZATION UNIT: Pump Set -03 Nos (Glycol circulation pumps) including control panel and all the necessary accessories. Makes: Armstrong, Xylem, Grundfoss, Wilo, Anergy Instruments Pvt ltd Note :- Please refer the Consultant drawings for item No. 2.06 to 2.09

Make Up TANK: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made Make up Water Tank, Rectangular/ Circular shape made up of 4 mm thick MS sheet (IS 2062), of capacity of 550 litres complete with inlet, outlet, overflow, drain pipe of MS and vent with flame arrestor. Tank will be provided with supports made out of minimum 50mm angle iron duly painted and to keep tank base at minimum (1000mm) above FFL. Service platform shall be provided as per recommendations of OEM. The tank shall be provided with remote indication of levels provided with level switches for on-off operation of tranfer pump. Extra high level and extra low level alarm shall be provided. Tank and structure shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make up Water tank as described above should be duly Insulated with 50 mm thick PUF/Nitrile Rubber insulating material and cladded with aluminium Sheet (20G).

DAY OIL STORAGE TANK/ DIESEL TANK: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel tank, Rectangular/ Circular shape made up of 4 mm thick MS sheet (IS 2062), of capacity of 550 litres complete with inlet, outlet, overflow, drain pipe of MS and vent with flame arrestor. The tank shall be provided with supports made out of minimum 50mm angle iron duly painted and to keep tank base at minimum 1000 mm above FFL. DIESEL CIRCULATING PUMP: Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Transfer pumps for the capacity of 5 LPM, 5 meter head for Diesel Oil transfer with base frame foundation, bolts coupling guard,TEFC, (OEM design HP for the required Flow and Head) and other accessories for proper function of the pump. Makes: Armstrong , Xylem , Grundfoss (Model: UPS25-60), Wilo Note :- Out of the total quantity of 02 Nos, 01 shall be working and 01 shall be standby.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ceiling Suspended / wall mounted/ floor standing Fan Coil Unit complete including direct driven fan (three speed) motor, operated on 230 volts, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply. Unit to be provided with electronic Thermostat having LCD and touch button. The unit should be BIS/ Eurovent standard certified. It has to be based on microprocessor operations which can realize intelligent control of room temperature. It shall also have RS485 Modbus communication function or Bacnet for BMS control.

The below desired capacity should be calculated at Altitude of 3100 mtr above sea level. The tolerance in capacity should be 5% and in case of air flow tolerance be 10%. The below mentioned capacity is at INLET temp of 60 degree Celcius, Outlet Temp of 50 degree Celcius. Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Pre-insulated Hot water Glycol pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class having thickness of puff insulation as mentioned below and 26 G GI/Al cladding, along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. which will be measured and paid separately under respective items. Pipes duly painted shall be fixed on wall with adequate support or buried in ground to required depth as per the recommendations of OEM including, excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect.The pipes should be insulated with closed cell puf of density 36±2 Kg/Cum of below mentioned thickness. The Pipe should be workable in the temp. range of -50 Degree Celcius to +120 Degreec Celcius. Note:- The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. M&L for Ethylene glycol concentrate along with the necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition in sealed barrels complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) The glycol concentrate shall be mixed with potable water supplied by contractor and filled in central heating system pipe line after proper leak test of entire circuit. The glycol and water mixture ratio shall be 55:45 and freezing temperature shall be (-) 45 Degree Celcius .

BULK STORAGE TANK : Supply, installation, testing and connecting with the system and commissioning of horizontal cylindrical oil storage tank made out of mild steel design, temperature (-)30 degree celcius and design pressure atmospheric + static head of liquid, tank shall be complete with manhole, lifting lugs, earthing lugs, vent pipes, dip stick, inlet, outlet connections complete all as specified and directed. Storage capacity (Normal 10 KL, gross capacity not exceeding 10000 L) shell thickness-4mm, end plate thickness 6mm.

SCH 'A PART - VIII (DG SET) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 125 KVA , 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor, mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling, 1500 RPM at NTP, with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope, independently supported from engine to out side of power house upto 1.00 meter, AVM pads, PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation as per manufacturer’s design, cold starting kit, battery start with suitable size cable for connecting from DG set upto panel board, with AMF panel, relay and switch gears for automatic starting on mains failure complete. The DG set should be capable of operating in temperature range of (-)40 degree C to (+)35 degree C at an altitute of 3100 mtr above mean sea level (MSL) complete with and including the following :- (out of the qty of 02 nos, 01 shall be working and 01 standby)

(A) Prime Mover:- Diesel engine of suitable capacity, coolant cooled type (use min DAFC 50%), radiator mounted, closed circuit as per IS system having rated speed 1500 RPM. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following accessories/ fittings :- Make :- Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves Cotton

(a) Fly wheel with housing (b) Air cleaner- Oil bath type (c) Corrosion resistors (d) Fuel filter, Oil filter (e) FIP system including pump injectors, solenoid controls, nozzled governors etc. (f) Oil cooler and oil pumps as applicable. (g) Radiators fan belt. (h) Water pump assembly including thermostat etc. (j) Silencer with buffers or expansion joints, tail piece duly insulated with asbestos lagging and sufficiently extended to carry exhaust outside the power house building/room.

(k) Engine protection device against low lubricant oil pressure, high oil temperature, over speeding of engine. (m) Battery charging ammeter. (n) Ignition key and starting with push botton switch. (o) Electronic governor controlling. (p) Cold starting kit fitting with engine. (q) Anti vibration pads of required numbers. (r) 12 Volts DC electrical starting equipment comprising of the following:-

(i) 01 No. 12 volts 180 AH battery (of make Exide/ Amaron/ Luminous) maintenance free, including battery stand made of angle iron frame with wooden flanks on top as directed at site. (ii) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (iii) Self Starter 12V capacity. (iv) Battery leads of copper cable of suitable of size with brass thimbles and terminals.

(B) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator rating 125KVA , 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, 50 cycles per second at NTP, 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM, self regulated mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame, suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be conforming to relevant IS alongwith self regulated AVR system. Make :- Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves Cotton)

(C) GENERATOR MONITORING SYSTEM : Comprising of following :- (i) Microprocessor based genset controller for metering, monitoring, governing and protection. (ii) Engine protection for low lubrication oil pressure, high coolant temp (alarm and shutdown). (iii) Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current, under frequency, over frequency (alarm and shutdown). (iv) Data logging : Engine hours, control hours, engine start and recent fault codes. (v) Certifications : Certificates to meet the requirements of relevant ISO, CE, CSA and other equivalent.

(D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in steel sheets and will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation and shall be designed to meet MoEF/CPCB norms. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features :-

(i) Custom built product for various equipments, which ensure the optimum performance. (ii) Rugged in constuructions, maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate ease at site. (iii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality fire retardant acoustic insulation material to be used for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforted sheets. (iv) Sheet metal components of the enclousure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to better life of the enclousure against weathering action.

(v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/ epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (vii) For effective acoustic/ weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance/ repairs. (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exit of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement.

(x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitering the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges, fasteners etc to be provided. (xii) Deliverables 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at full load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be as per manufacturer's recommendations above ambient temp. (xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination.

(xiv) The battery should be placed inside the enclosure beside DG set on a suitable paltform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (xvi) The acoustic enclosure part shall be of powder coated after pre-treatment process. The powder coating shade should be as per manufacturer's design. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (xvii) Make of enclosure : As per OEM.

(E) OTHER FITTINGS. (i) Battery Charger. Battery charger having electric circuit consiting of triodes, rectifier, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) FUEL TANK. Inbuilt fuel tank Cap for 12 hours running as per standard specifications of manufacturer including oil level indicator etc. (iii) Rubber matting Chequred of size 2 m x 1 m x 12 mm thick - 02 Nos.

Notes : (i) Derating factor should be considered at the time of DG set testing as per OEM recommendations. (ii) The cost of foundation shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor as per manufacturer design. (iii) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (iv) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (Water/Electric load) for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.

(v) One year Maint Spare as per manufacturer's maint schedule and as directed by Enger-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the above offer. (vi) One set of latest Spare part catelogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (vii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and termination from Generator to AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making the distrubed surface good to meet the existing specification all as required at site complete all as specified.

(viii) Civil Works : All civil works including PCC platform as per manufacturer design and related to foundations including for panel and Equipments, including making good of existing disturbed surfaces during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300 mm with antivibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer's.
