Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying pipes in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 1.5 mtr complete all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where as directed at level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 ,using 20mm graded aggregate in cement mortar as in foundtion as mass concrete.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store of 15mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Foot Valve of dia 65 mm, PVC complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sant or equivalent

Reapair / Overhauling of centrifugal mono block pump set Capacity 5 HP including removing the pump from site and dismantling the complete including replacement of ball bearing,bushes, oil seal, gland packing, cleaning,oiling / greasing properly, replacement of 02 Nos CI impeller of suitable size for the pump set all as specified complete in all respect and reassembling commissioning & testing as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling the motor 20 HP carring out rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing adequate size and gauge incl all insulating materials such as insulating paper insulating sleeves , insulating varnish and drying the copper winding after varnishing with blower or heater incl soldering all internal connection including reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of submersible motor of 5HP capacity and taking out the rotor form the body and cutting the burnt coils/winding, cleaning the stator slots properly by using cleaning material and re-winding/reassembling the same including replacement of gun metal bushes, sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for dismantling of all necessary electric connection from the panel for taking out existing burnt/damaged 5HP capacity submersible pump and motor from bore well of any depth by means of mechanical hoist/chain pully block, opening the nuts bolts from the column pipes stacking the pipe in pump house for repair to pump and lowering another submersible pump, column pipes in bore well and connected with suitable size nuts, bolts, washers & rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Repair to burnt pump shall be measured under respective item of schedule separately).

Material and labour for painting of motor & pump for removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body, filling cavities with filter spray painting with synthetic enameled paint two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome and marking of SM/MES No. with black paint for Mono block pump set of 20 HP.

Material and labour for painting of GI suction pipes,delivery pipes after removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping and painting with synthetic enameled paint two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome of ARU pump House,Old ARU pump house and JCO's Mess Pump House.

Material and labour for painting of Over head tank (12 /15 mtr staging 32000 Ltr cap) removing the old existing deteriorated paint by scrapping, making the surface and painting with two coat of synthetic enameled Black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Desludging / desilting of over head reservoir of capacity 32000 Ltrs capacity including removing the sludge and depositing to a distance exc 50 mtr above the starting point, removing all scale, dirt, alges and other growths from the floor, roof and from mouth of circulating pipes by rubbing with the wire brushes and high pressure cleaning method with rotary sets, sucking out the dirty water by vaccum cleaners, and disinfecting the reservior with approved chemical solution using at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm for making surface bacteria free and finally cleaning with fresh water to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including painting for MS plates, manhole covers, suction pipe, rugs etc with anti-corresive paint and writing outside the tank as 'Tank Cleaned on ____' and Capacity ________ on black painted surface complete all as specified.

Desludging / desilting of underground sedimentation reservoir of 100000 Ltrs capacity including removing the sludge and depositing to a distance exc 50 mtr above the starting point, cleaning walls by wire brush and disinfecting the reservior with approved chemical solution using at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm for making surface bacteria free and finally cleaning with fresh water to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including painting for MS plates, manhole covers, suction pipe, rugs etc with anti-corresive paint and writing outside the tank as 'Tank Cleaned on ____' and Capacity ________ on black painted surface complete all as specified.

Material & labour for earthing with GI plate 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connecting to GI plate with 32x6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 Mtr long from earth point to test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers and provision of charcoal, salt etc including watering arrangement with 20 mm dia GI medium grade pipe, MS funnel, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 50 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 including 10 mm dia deformed bars @100 mm c/c on both ways for full size of chamber complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as directed.
