SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII)

M&L for 2000 litre Elastic Biodigestor LLDPE Septic Tank commercial grade for 10 users with inlet, oulet and air vent, designed to carry sewage and sullage water including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, Vent shaft, connection to drain pipe complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M&L for construction of Soakage well 1.80m dia and 3.00m deep (Depth 3.00m from inlet pipe and 45cm from Ground level to inlet pipe) including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using graded stone aggregates, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), top RCC ring of M-25 Design mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4, RCC M-25 Design mix cover slab, SFRC Cover, reinforcement of TMT bars, steel plate manhole cover factory made ISI marked conforming to IS-12592 with angle iron frame, brick bats filling, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No.CESZ/TD-36/ST/20 dt 22 Feb 2020 sh 1/2 & 2/2.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 110 mm dia in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed.

FENCING, SECURITY WALL & GATE WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

Material and labour for steel gate 5.5m wide and 2.40m high including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate, RCC M-25 Design Mix footings & columns incl necessary form work, plastering brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, distempering plastered surfaces with two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer and painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CESZ/TD-29/2018 sheet 1/1..

S&F Concertina coil galvanised punched tape, 60 cm dia having 10 rounds / running metre fixed on angle iron 'Y' shape at height upto 4.00 metre incl securing with galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pin complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, Aluminium sheeting, 0.70mm thick, Alloy 31000 H4 as in covering to crumple joints, fixed with screws to brick/concrete wall complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

Supply and fixing 90 Watt LED street light fitting made of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with lens, IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of CPRI approved LT distribution panel outdoor type 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, AC supply both side opening along with locking arrangement, conforming to IS 8623 and IP 54 class of protection as per IS 2147, rainguard canopy system, with ventillations fabricated out of steel sections i.e 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron of size 50mmx50mmx6mm. The construction of panel shall be dust and vermin proof with phosphatised powder coated painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on 4 nos supporting Legs of angle iron 65mmx65mmx6mm thick of suitable length fixing with PCC 1:3:6 bedding upto a height of 30 cm above ground level and 30 cm in foundation complete all as specified and directed duly incorporated with following accessories :- (i) MCCB 16 Amp Four Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type with breaking capacity 25 KA – 01 Nos (for incoming) (ii) Timer 3 Phase for street light - 01 No. (vii) Masonry work for installation of panel - As required Notes:- (a) Drawing of LT Panel shall be approved by GE. (b) The Cost of MCCBs, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Bus Bar, timer, Indication Lamps, Copper wiring, PCC and earthwork to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (09 metres) with 300mmx300mmx6mm Cast Iron base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint (Black and Yellow/white) from ground level/coping upto 1.5m and painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation & earth work and PCC in coping / foundation shall be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and lying brick, sub class 'B' (old size) desgination 75 laid flat in trenches for protection of cable perpendicular to axis of cable laid with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable punned down upto 18cm and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply & fixing street light junction/pole box of size 300mmx250mmx180mm or higer suitable size fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, housed with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar strip 25mmx3mm, over protection insulators including fixing at pole/wall/CGI sheet etc, with suitable size MS flat, clamp bent to shape, nuts, bolts and washers, including gland for incoming and outgoing cable and one no MCB SP 6 A, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket 1.5 metre long made out of 40mm bore GI pipe light grade bent to shape, incl necessary welding etc and fixing on existing LT pole with 40 x 6mm flat iron MS clamps including necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set water cooled of capacity 10KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 power factor at an altitude of 6835 feet above MSL with relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meters and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of approved make as per OEM and with necessary foundation as recommended by OEM, mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling with and including of acoustic insulated chamber to maintain noise level and Retrofit Emission Control for emission control as per CPCB norms for capcity of 10 KVA DG set complete inbuilt with all accessories and totally enclosed type with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope from engine to outside the building, 0.50mtr and independently supported AVM pads, battery starter type foundation as per manufacturer’s design (including foundation of DG set as per manufacturer’s size and specification), DG set should be capable of operating in temperature range (-)15 to (+) 45 Celsius with and including the following:- Note:- Cost of foundation of DG set as per manufacturer’s size and specification shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(A) Diesel Driven Engine:- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity for above output of Alternator at an altitude of 6835 feet above MSL, water cooled type closed, circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002, direct injection type, battery starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours continuously with 10% over loading for one hour in every 12 hours run as per BS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer’s recommendation & mounted common plate through flexible coupling with following fittings:- (i) RPM cum hour meter. (ii) Battery charging ammeter. (iii) Ignition key and starting with button switch. (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge, (v) Mechanical/ electric governor controlling. (vi) Oil temperature gauge. (vii) Safety control with ripping facility for the following:- (a) Low lubricant oil pressure. (b) Over speed. (c) High water temperature. (vii) Starting equipment comprising of following:- (a) Battery as per recommended by OEM (b) Battery, charging alternator with inbuilt regulator as recommended by OEM. (c) Battery leads of copper cable of suitable size brass thimbles and terminals.

(D) Other fitting (i) Battery charger- Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifies, capacitor and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charges through control panel and electric power point as per recommended by OEM. (ii) Fuel tank made up of MS sheet of suitable capacity as per manufacture’s instruction capable to store fuel for 12 hours running of DG set fixed as per manufacturer’s design and return fuel pipe with all pipes connecting upto fuel pump including oil level indicating gauge, drain plug for cleaning and air vent plug etc. (iii) DG Set should be fitted with Retrofit emission control device as per CPCB norms.

Technical Specification of Acoustic Enclosure:- Salient Features: • Approved by ARAI, the nodal agency of CPCB. • Compact, modular construction nd sleek design wih lower noise level 75 dB, at a distance of 1 Meter from Canopy in free field conditions. • Soundproof, weather-proof and environment friendly silent set. • Ready-to-use silent DG Set, which eliminates need of foundation or grouting. • Single bearing generator with Anti vibration mounting ensures minimal vibration. • Steel outer construction with 1.6mm CRCA sheet with heavy-duty fabricated base frame and inbuilt fuel tank. • Attenuators are placed in the hot air outlet and cooling air inlet. • Residential type exhaust silencer is mounted on the enclosure. • Illumination arrangement inside the canopy. • Retrofit emission control device at exhaust of DG Set. • Cold Start Kit. Notes :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of following:- (i) Capacity of alternator at 6835 feet altitude 10 KVA, AC 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz and effective operation at (-) 15 degree celcius to (+) 45 degree celcius including cold start kit and as recommended by the manufacturer for above sized DG Set. (ii) PCC Platform as per manufacter design. (iii) Engine and alternator shall be assembled on common steel frame by the manufacturer itself and not by rep/authorized agent/sister concern etc. (iv) Engine shall be designed keeping in consideration of de-rating factor for 6835 feet altitude above MSL. (v) Installation, testing and commissioning of Gen Set shall be done in presence of manufacturer’s Engineer and not by any authorized person. (vi) DG Set to be tested for 12 Hrs continuously as following. All testing materials and fuel to be provided by the contractor. No Load = 15 Minutes, 25% of Rated load = 30 Minutes, 50% of Rated load = 30 Minutes, 75 % of Rated load = 30 Minutes, Full load = 4 Hr, 110 % on Rated Load = 30 Minutes, Full load = 4 Hr, 75 % of Rated load = 30 Minutes, 50% of Rated load = 30 Minutes, 25% of Rated load = 30 Minutes, No load = 15 Minutes. (vii) Contractor shall produce a copy of approved certificate to authenticate the above from the OEM/DE.

EARTHING WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XV)

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm bore and GI medium grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm, by means of bolt nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised medium grade pipe 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mmgraded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli and earth plate surrounded by charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth lead strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to and earthing test point/ Transformer neutral / body / LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed Note: The unit quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 M long GI earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade, GI 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVI)

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/GI pipe line of 50mm to 100mm bore dia and inserting fittings such as Tee, Union, nipple, socket etc and accessories for taping new connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of fittings and accessories shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVII)
