Sch 'A' Sec - IX (Part-II) (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS)

Supply and Fixing Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier triple pole HT 11000 volts, 200 Amps, out door type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole ) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of horizontal holes by manually without disturbing the top surface (trenchless) under road, pavement, hardstanding suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 100mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying loose filling 40mm graded stone aggregate under/around the 2/4 pole structure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board / electric equipment / pole / lightning arrestor / HT/LT equipments / GODO switch etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type micro possessor based automatic power factor control system, having and aggregate capacity of 100 KVAR distributed in the step of 4 stages(50x1 + 25 x 1 +15x1 + 10x1 Nos) with each stages having auto switching system in the form of electromagnetic making/breading of contactors as per the varying load sensed by micro processor. The EM switching system used for energizing each capacitor stage shall have the current carrying capacity of not less than 1.5 times the charging current of the respective stage and each switching carry a back up protection of triple pole MCB “C” curve of rating not less than 2 times the charging current of the individual stage. Each switching stage provided with ON/OFF LED type AC indicator system, provided with automatic/manual mode controlled by actuators provided on the panel for each switching stage. The rating of the incomer MCCB FP shall not less than 160 Amps 440 Volts, 36 KA, the cumulative current of the system as one unit micro processor based automatic power factor control system, programmable at site, capable of detecting wrong current transformer connection with the following specifications :- (A) Suitable for programming at site with programmable switching pattern. (B) Over voltage trip point +/- 10% (C) Self adjusting switching sequence. (D) PF adjusting range of 0.80 lags to 0.80 leads with digital setting keys. (E) Auto calculation of C/K value. (F) Voltage 440 Volts +/- 15% with 50 Hz frequency (G) Consisting of MPP type capacitor heavy duty type. (Note:- PCC and brick work for installation of panel board on floor on pole shall be included in the unit rate and the item will be executed

Material and labour for shifting of transformer of capacity 11/0.433KV, 100KVA TO 200 KVA including dehydration and top up transformer oil upto the appropriate level with standard dielectric strength including handling and transporting of transformer from MES store yard at Bikaner Military Station to Proposed location at Bikaner Military Station and installing on 4 pole structure including connecting input and output electricity connections with minor spares, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as as directed. Note:- (i) Cost for taking down, loading/unloading, shifting transport/T&P (crane and vehicle) for shifting to proposed site and transformer oil required for top up shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Incase damage of transformer during the shifting, necessary repair shall be got carried out by contractor with in overall cost quoted. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained at a later stage.

Supply and fixing epoxy insulator fixed on OHRs RCC pillar/beam/wall from top of OHR upto test point for fixing the aluminium strip including fixing material complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing Aviation obstruction light fitting, twin type, comprising of aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure and accessories complete with LEDs to be fixed on the OHR with suitable fixing accessories as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring (using colour coding such as red, black, white and green colour or as directed) for connection to aviation light at top of OHR with 3x1.5 Sq.mm single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 V grade (03 run i.e 2 runs for main phase and nutral, 01 run for earthing) drawn through and including 20mm bore PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surfaces from top of OHR to DB including all fittings and fitting arrangements such as bends, elbows, tees, end cap, PVC clamps, rawl plug, screw, couplers, lock unit, saddles, pipe hooks, terminal box etc. complete all as specified and as directed and as shown on drawing. Note :-Three runs of copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit including accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fixing Factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) SPN, 04 Way with 200 Amps rated busbars 230/240V, double door, dust and vermin proof, protection class IP-54 with and including 01 No MCB, SPN, 10KA, 10 Amp and 01 No MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 'C' curve including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Analoge time switch (with battery back up), 1 P Module 24 hours program, programmable every 15 min, back up of 100 hours current capacity 16 A, with 1 changeover (1 CO), complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of existing RCC OHR up to 30cm below ground level only and including all pipes, railing, stair and fittings any description and in any position (appx 1.0 lakh gallon capacity, 21 mtr staging) carefully without blasting and site of old OHR shall be filled with 150mm thick earth upto ground level including making good of the site without extra cost and separating, scrapping and cleaing of reinforcement and cut as required to facilitate removing rubbish material (i.e concrete and all other unserviceable debries) from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of GE/AGE) at any distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM from the site complete all as directed. Note :- All safety precaution shall be strictly followed by the contractor during demolition of tank. Any loss and damage to the nearby existing structure during the demolition of OHT shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost and site of work shall be left clean and tidy after demolition of OHT.
