De-silting and cleaning of sludge of sewage line 100mm to 350mm bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of bloakage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain as well as from manhole with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV having facility of high pressure vaccum including provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing. After cleaning, sludge water shall be desposed as directed and taking of manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting and cleaning of sludge of manholes n. exc 1.0 m deep and removing sludge/waste materials etc to a distance n. exc 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Description all as per ser item No 2.00 above but depth of manhole exceeding 1.0 m and n. exc 1.5m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked floor/Nahani trap and CI pipe upto 1st manhole and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign materials and removing waste materials/ sludge etc to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and sealing the sides of traps in bath room/kitchen using Aqua TS of Aqua shield water proofing or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by contractor without any cost to the entire satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked WC trap and CI pipe upto 1st manhole and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign materials and removing waste materials/ sludge etc to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by contractor to the entire satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge.

Note for item No 1 to 8 :- (a) No water shall be supplied by MES for cleaning/ flushing of sewer lines. (b) Generally flow of pressure 3000 to 4500 PSI at least 6 gallons per minute is required for braking of blockages and cleaning of sludge from lines. (c) Contractor shall arrange all the T&Ps / machines as mentioned in said items within 15 days from the date of commencement of work. (d) The complaints of line blockage must be complied within 8 hours failing which a penal recovery of Rs 1500/- per day shall be made from the contractor's dues. (e) The sludge/muddy/sewerage water/debris etc shall be removed from site to out of MOD land. The quoted rates are deemed to be included in the above item for the above provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on these account. (f) The contractor shall employ deployed minimum 2 nos Safaiwala each working day suitable to carryout the day to do complaint. No separate salary & convencey /vehicle charge will be paid by MES .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description including removing debrish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.
