PART 1 - PS-Supply

Project Management, Design, Engineering, Procurement of Materials, fabrications/ manufacturing, Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing at works, Supply, Packaging, Shipping, Insurance, Port Handling, Custom Clearance, Inland Transportation to site, Storage & Safety, Installation along with necessary software, installation material, cables (all armored), Exp Cable Glands, connectors, power supply & surge protection devices, erection of foundation support channel on trench for panel erection, cable trays, test instruments / equipment, Test Run, Pre‐commissioning activity, Commissioning, Training, Technical support, Warranty, Extended Warranty, Post Warranty Maintenance contract, Mandatory & commissioning spares, Documentation etc and shall be executed on turnkey indivisible works contract basis as per details scope of work, Technical Specification of RTU Annexure I to MR, & this MR. All above with additionally supply & installation of RTU panels (size appx 800mm x 800mm x 2000mm plus 100mm base frame & 15 mm anti vibration pad), Preparation of data bank for RTU mapping with centralised SCADA as per desired format, Site Acceptance testing & Integration with FEP SERVERS & Centralized SCADA system, Integration with Telecom System & local IEDs complete in all respect. Location details will be provided after order placement or during detailed engineering. All proposed locations are tentative and may change during detailed engineering / execution; bidder shall follow instruction of client / EIC during installation.

Mandatory Spares: Supply of loose Mandatory Spares (For all RTU with spare - 10% of all type of Installed cards, convertors, power supply/ converters, termination boards, OEM cables between cards and termination boards, backplanes, relays, RTU chassis etc. accounted & calculated considering total quantities of RTU of respective regions / states), during calculation of mandatory spares as defined in this MR (Bill of Material has to be provided along with offer, any fraction quantity should be round off to nearest number in higher side). Unit rate for Mandatory spares with cards details, part no., make etc. shall be given separately with the offer & price part. (10% Spare or Minimum One shall be calculated based on the total RTU quantities; region / state wise;)

Design, Engineering & Supply of RWS consisting of all Hardware & System Software with license, necessary accessories, console, furniture (two executive chairs for each Workstation) as defined in Scope of work in this MR (Centralised SCADA RWS software will be provided by M/s Yokogawa India Limited). Design, Engineering, configuration & Supply of Router with 3 Ethernet and 4 WAN connection ports (With Inbuilt IPS, IDS and Firewall) consisting of all Hardware & System Software with license, necessary wall mounted rack, necessary accessories as defined in Scope of work in this MR. For Madhya Pradesh State Location: Chhindwara and Jabalpur

Extended Warranty per month The Extended Warranty shall be provided for 24 months. Delay not attributable to vendor: If the delay is beyond 8 months from the Contractual Completion date, to keep the main warranty intact, vendor will be paid extended warranty (quoted by the vendor) from 9th months (from Contractual Completion date) till successful completion of trial run/ acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system. Delay from vendor: If there is delay from vendor for supply of the system, then the delay period will be additionally added (delayed supply period + 8 month) and extended warranty rate will be paid beyond this period till successful completion of trial run/ acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system. In case the site delay goes beyond 24 months of the quoted extended warranty, the period of extended warranty will be increased based on quoted rate and same terms and conditions of contract. (Decision of start date & no of month extension of extended warranty will be as per instruction of client/ EIC)

PART 2 - Site work

SERVICE AND SITE WORK Installation, Testing & commissioning, Training, Interfacing with Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Electrical, CP system, APPS system any other work as define above, work for the completion/ hook‐up of RTU to FEP and Centralized SCADA system complete in all respect as per MR and as per the direction of the EIC.

All-inclusive Man-day rates for services such as (all or less) installation/ supervision / configuration / simulations / data bank mapping/ integration /Testing & Commissioning of RTUs with SCADA system valid for the next 7 years from FOA within Worley pipelines project applicable as & when required. The rates shall be valid for the next 7 year with the escalation from 3rd Year (from FOA) of 6 % of unit rate per year (date of FOA) as per SOR. (Note -9)

PART 3 - Post Warranty Period

Post warranty maintenance contract (PWMC) – comprehensive for supplied RTU and accessories, Test equipment complete as define in the Particular Job specification / bid document for complete system for 3 years after completion of main warranty / extended warranty complete in all respect as define in particular Job specification. Payment will be made on quarterly basis. (Note -8)
