Low Porosity providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleanin of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg./sqm using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor @ 0.30 kg / sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503

Providing laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal coat-C Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grede and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification MORD sepecification no. Clause 510. as per Data Book item No. 5.12 (B) Case - III TypeC

Painting lines Dashes Arrows etc over 10cm in width on roads in two coats on new work with ready mix road marking paints informating to IS:164 on bituminous surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,demarcation at site and traffic control

Earth work in mar, kabar, rankar and kankar mixed soil in repairing of damaged Patri of jakhlon pump canal with lead upto 595 M and lift 1.50 M including dressing, making profile, manual compaction but excluding mechanical compaction including all cost of labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
