Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Excavation of silt including malba, earth debries, rubbish ploythene bed all floating material etc. from the bed of drain and disposal of excavated material at own source of contractor by mechanical transport with all leads and lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufacture as per mixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate/screed vibrator with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixer in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workabilty witthout impairing strength and durabiltity as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note-1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/recoverable seprately.M-10 Grade plain cement concrete by using 220 kg of cement per cum of concrete. Note:- Excess/Less Cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade By using 400kg of cement (43 grade. OPC) per Cum of concrete in roads/streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contraction /expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50 mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer-charge (Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Raising of existing manhole up to 30 cm (Av) height by dismantling of C.C/RCC cover and frame including brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 coarse sand) plastering inside walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand ) with a floating coat of neat cement punning 12mm thick including cost of quantities to be executed in or under foul position complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 Circular shape 560 mm internal dia

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
