Improvement of electric sub-station by providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 630 KVA electric transformer at pumping station Salmay (Old - New).

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 11/0.433-0.250 KV;630 KVA;50Hz, Copper wound Distribution Transformer of latest Energy Efficiency Level-2 (New), IS1180 Part-I; 2014 as per latest upto date amendment with externally fitted 400 ampere 50 KA MCCB with cable box and 4x11 Mtrs. Suitable armoured cable of ratings 400mm2 by way of shifting the old and wornout transformer to storage side. Providing and shifting of new 630 KVA electrical transformer to site by load carrier and placing the new transformer on concrete platform with the help of crane. Making of electrical connections with the existing circuit of sub-station with proper thimbling and insulation of cables after cutting HT power supply. Replacing the old and wornout conductor / insulators of sub-station. Replacing old and wornout link set with new 11 KV 3 phase link set at site. Restoring the HT power supply and testing of 630 KVA electric transformer on no load for at-least 6 hours and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, skilled and unskilled charges for installation, testing and commissioning.
