Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of viscocity VG 30 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over black top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using hot mix plant 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix(using paving bitumen VG 30), levelled,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The binder content is indicated tentatively and shall be as per acutal mix design.The rate of bitumen for adjustment purpose shall be as per the rate in purchase voucher.

Material and labour for road marking strips, lines ,dashes arrows, letters etc of 2.5mm thick(reflective type) on new surfaces of road/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @5 kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by applying with fully automatic paint applicator machine ,fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser,propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc driven by the skilled opearator on road surface complete all as per MORTH specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Retro reflective road name sign board single arrow of size 1.0 mX 0.5 m made out of angle cube corner microprismatic grade sheet confirming to IRC 67: 2010 and type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32NB stainless pipe all around and 65NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground,5 feet height above GL,by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30X30X45 cm including taking down old rusted sign board of any type and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The information message shall be made out of cut out letters in Blue colour transparent overlay film as per IRG67-2010 guidelines,7 years prequalification warranty for retro reflective sheet from the original sheeting manufacturer and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor.The sign board shall be Retro Reflective type XI .

Note:The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of appropriate epoxy adhesive applied on the road surface for fixing eye cat
