Special repairs to Circulatory Wall of Pauni Fort at Pauni Dist. Bhandara under Minor Civil and Electrical Works (Conservation of Ancient Monuments)

Provision for Removal of earth and small grass/vegetation from root carefully grown over fort wall manually and with wire brush, so that no further development of grass occurs including cleaning with broom, water flowing with force to remove earth deposited in cavities, dumping cleaned material away from fort etc. complete.

Provision for Providing and fixing three line dressed side veneering stones in sand stone over the fort wall with maintaining original profile on western side as per/matching with original of approximate section 0.45x0.25 and approximate length 0.45-0.60m as possibly available, in lime Surkhi mortar 1:1:1 including lead and lift, mixing, curing, etc. complete as directed.-

Provision for Providing and fixing three line dressed side veneering stones in laterite stone over the fort wall with maintaining original profile on Eastern side as per/matching with original of approximate section 0.45x0.25 and approximate length 0.55mt-0.70mt as possibly available in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 including lead and lift, mixing, curing, etc. complete as directed

Provision for providing and fixing UCR sand stone masonry in core with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 along newly laid side on east and western side which is absent at most places and required to be removed and refaxed during fixing side stones

Provision for providing and laying 15mm thick lime brick surkhi/kunker concrete 1:1:1 including removing up old deteriorated by chiselling, lead and lift, mixing, curing etc. complete as directed over newly laid fort wall

Provision for providing and laying lime plaster 20 mm to 40 mm in thickness of ratio of 1:1:1 ( 1 unslaked lime, 1 sand , 1 surkhi) mixed with binding material such as jute, water of belgiri fruits, gur, gum etc, including the supply of all material and labour and curing etc. complete

Provision for constructing arch roof as per original with laterite stone in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 including dressing stones of proper size in proper shape/planes required at site, fixing at position, curing etc. complete as directed.

Provision for constructing UCR sand stone masonry in lime mortar 1:1:1 over the arch portion including constructing, curing etc. complete as directed.

Provision for Providing and fixing three line dressed side veneering stones in laterite stone over the fort wall with maintaining original profile on Eastern side as per/matching with original of approximate section 0.45x0.25 and approximate length 0.55-0.70m as possibly available in lime Surkhi mortar 1:1:1 including lead and lift, mixing, curing, etc. complete as directed

Provision for providing and laying 15mm thick lime brick surkhi/kunker concrete 1:1:1 including removing up old deteriorated by chiselling, lead and lift, mixing, curing etc. complete as directed over newly laid fort wall

Provision for providing and laying sand stone flooring of 15mm thick of size 0.6 x 0.6m in lime Surkhi concrete 1:1:1 matching with original including removing up old pulverised stone flooring by chiselling, lead and lift, mixing, curing etc. complete as directed.
