Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debries to outside MD land and disposed off all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Precast RCC cover slab and precast cement concrete block walling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, drains and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation / bed for drain, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm deep and above inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of strom water /area drain ( including removing and refixing RCC coverslab wherever necessary) and keeping the drain clean throughout the year around airfield of cross section area upto 1.50 Sqm and removing silt, mud, earth, sludge etc to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 1 Km and depositing where directed etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepartion of old decorated surface of walls, pillars, cornices etc, and applying one coat of oil bound distember, even and smooth including filling of holes /undulations with wall care putty wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepartion of old decorated steel surfaces, exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepartion of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc, and applying one coat of cement base paint, even smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian/Berger/Nerolac.

M & L for preperation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian/Berger/Nerolac.

Taking down cement plaster /terrazzo cast in situ of any description on brick, PCC block or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting and trimming of grass / vegetation to natural ground, removing of vegetation / scrubs with roots /ground level along the periphery of the compound wall for accessing to do periodical services etc of the wall and removing the spoil / vegetation to a distance where directed exc 50m and not exc 100m and depositing, with labour and required T&P complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for writing letters (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) with thick paint n.exc 30 cm high on existing surface, even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in sloping roof, valley and ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ 150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ 150) as in roof ridges, valley covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, wind ties, eaves gutter, flag post with pulley at the top and shear bars to the sides etc., where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
