Spl repair to security lights with accessories at sharadhanjali park and Provn of 02 x Pumps for Subway at 1 FOD and Provn of security lights alongwith steel tubular pole and other allied works of Med Bty (Arty Med Regt KLP Loc) under GE (Utilities)

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Non-Clog Self-Priming Pump of 20 HP capacity for dewatering of the underground (UG) tunnel at 1 FOD. The pump shall be designed for a duty of 60 LPS at a total head of 14 metres and shall be provided with a Cast Iron (CI) impeller and mechanical seal suitable for handling dirty/wastewater and suction x discharge size: 150 mm x 150 mm. The pump shall be coupled to a 20 HP, 1450 RPM, three-phase IE3 efficiency electric motor, strictly as per the manufacturer’s design. The pump and motor assembly shall be mounted on a common ISI-marked mild steel (MS) base frame and connected through a flexible coupling. The unit shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories and shall be connected to the suction and delivery pipelines, including necessary valves on the delivery side, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated heavy-duty industrial cable, 1100 volts grade, three-core flexible copper conductor with a nominal cross-sectional area of 16 sqmm, conforming to relevant IS specifications, complete with all necessary connections, terminations, glands, lugs, and accessories, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Outdoor type LT Panel board mounted on rigid angle iron frame, overall size not less than 900 x 900 x 300 mm (Height above GL is not below 0.45 mtr), fabricated with double door system locking arrangement, having independent compartment for busbar incoming and outgoing feeders, dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 phase 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply busbar chamber with Aluminium busbar 200 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral for wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators 01 set, common earth busbar of GI strip 32 x6 at bottom with panel board at 2 earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each outgoing and incoming cables and complete panel board painted with powder coating in siemens Grey colour all as approved and comprising as under:- Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, Current rating 100 Amps with electronic trip unit, adjustable overload & short circuit, breaking capacity 36 KA at 415 V, 50 Hz, including with extended terminals, frame size/ type compact- 01 Nos

(ii) On Load Changeover Switch 100 Amp 4 Pole - 01 Nos (iii) Meter module (Digital) with Voltmeter, Ammeter, Selector Switch, CTs Control Fuse & Phase Indicating lamps. Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, Current rating 63 Amps with electronic trip unit, adjustable overload & short circuit, breaking capacity 36 KA at 415 V, 50 Hz, connected with Fully automatic soft star delta motor starter- 02 Nos (ii) Fully automatic soft star delta motor starter in MN 65 with single phase protection feature motor rating AC 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz for motor of capacity 20 HP, including with extended terminals, frame size/ type compact -02 Nos Note:- (i) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (ii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iii)The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulat. (iv) Cable will be entered in panels through gland. (v)Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply, laying, fixing, jointing, and testing of LT underground electric cable, 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy-duty, ISI marked, with 4-core aluminium conductors of 16 sqmm nominal cross-sectional area, overall PVC sheathed. The cable shall be laid through pipes, under floors, or through walls, including all necessary terminations and connections, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying DWC (Double wall corruguated) pipe 40/32 mm conforming to IS-14930/ IS-16205 for protection of cable including necessary snap fit coupler reqd for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of foundation for pumpset of size 1.5x0.9x1.2 mtr (the height of 60 cm above GL and 60 cm below GL) including necessary excavation, returning, removal of soil, PCC 1:3:6, RCC M25, reinforcement, Mild steel bars 10mm dia & grouting nuts and bolts of dia 16 mm and 65 cm long in PCC plinth to support the common MS base frame suitable for pump set and motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing.

Supply and laying GI tubes medium grade galvanised plain end with all fittings laid in trenches of size 150 mm bore conforming to IS:1239 including all fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 m length of plain end pipe or shorter length as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Flange will be welded to the GI pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 04 Nos of nuts and bolts (M16 Type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS-6392 specifications. The cost of flanges, nuts & bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipeline by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate.

(ii) All standard fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc jointing are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. Make of fittings - ISI marked. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flanging only and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately. (v) Any special fittings to be fabricated at site as per typical site condition will be measured and paid seprately. (vi) Welding of flanges to be done by trained personnels at site and included in the quoted rate for normal flange joints for nominal length of pipes. However if the welding of pipes (other than normal flanged joint at nominal length) is required the same shall be measured and paid separately. (vii) Execution of work should be carried out without hampering the daily routine water supply.
