CIVIL ITEM RATE WORK:

Base Work • Existing given loaction needs to be lifted by at least 12" inch filling soil and compaction of the sub base/layer using an 8 to 10 ton roller. • Toe wall on all the four sides as retaining wall for the base, upto 12" width 9" brick wall

CEMENTED BASE:- • First clean the surface of court and Lying of PCC (50mm thick) M 20 Grade (1 : 1.5 : 3) 1 cement , 1.5 sand , 3 graded stone aggregates. • Removing Existing Basketball pole manually or mechanically.

ASPHALT BASE :- • Leveling of soil (ground/work area) • Application of weed killer and soil stabilizer by using the chemicals (gramoxene & chloro phyrophos ) • Laying a 5'' WBM/Wet Mixed hard stone soil course and achieving a minimum thickness of 4" inch after compaction of the sub base/layer using an 8 to 10 ton roller. • Slope 1:100 (1%) Towards Sides. • Laying of asphalt BM in 80/100 grade bitumen for 40 mm thickness in 10-19mm stone aggregate • Laying of asphalt BM in 80/100 grade bitumen for 12-15 mm thickness in 6-8 mm stone aggregate. • Surface Evenness – max deviation ±3mm over 3m straight edge • Providing and construction open Strom Water Drain single side depending on the site conditions for effective drainage of rain water having a depth of 6” and width of 6” with slope of 1:120 finished granting MS gratings on top. • Toe wall on all the four sides as retaining wall for the asphalted surface, up to a depth of 8”-12” width 4” and plaster only the exposed wall section and painted

BASKETBALL COURT ACCESSORIES COMPLETE WITH SUPPLY AND FIXING:- • Basketball poles with cast Fiberglass Board: The main structure will be made of ERW 6” tubing and formed sheet metal parts. • Board: 180x105x15-20mm back board transparent acrylic with angle frame. • Dunking Ring: Two springs Slam Dunking ring solid steel 18-20mm & Net Indian with standard quality. • Water Removing Roller-Imported Water Removing Roller Size 36”.

Fencing Details • M.S. square Pipe 50mm x 50mm x 3mm and 10’ height above ground level with cement concrete foundation in pc (1.2.4) Tie of M.S. Square Pipe 37mm x37mm x3mm at Top Support.
