SECOND RECALL TENDER FOR EXECUTION OF WORK OF UPHA -PROVIDING VISITORS AMENITIES FOR THE MONUMENTS UNDER THANJAVUR SUB CIRCLE

Making, supplying and fixing the SS 304grade 4mm thickness for Cultural information signage board size of 900mm x 600mm fixing on the Granite stone slab size of 1200x 800mm with base stone pillar size of 1200x300mm for fixing the stone slab including necessary earthwork, laying PCC Concrete and etched with detailed cultural information (Tamil, English and Hindi) on the SS board including necessary transportation, labour and other cost of materials etc., complete. (As per the attached Drawings)

Providing MS iron Protection notice board sticking with detailed information (Tamil, Hindi and English) size of 1000x600mm of flat iron and cover the outer frame with mesh, fixing with iron L angle size of 2500mm height with necessary cost of welding, earthwork, laying concrete for fixing the board and brick masonry work for base area including cost of all materials, labour charges and conveyance charges etc., complete. (As per the attached Drawings)

Making Supplying and fixing of Direction Notice Board and etching with detailed information size of 4mm thick, 304 grade stainless steel sheet of required dimensions of 450mmx 250mm with given information etched on it and fixing with SS dia pipe 50x6mm thickness size of 2500mm height with necessary cost of welding, earthwork, laying concrete for fixing the board for base area including cost of all materials, labour charges and conveyance charges etc., complete (As per the attached Drawings)

Providing and fixing in position of dust bin 600x600x 1375mm outer dimensions of hallow square by making with 100mm thick granite slabs and jointed with bottom granite slab of 600mm x 600mm x 50mm with necessary groves and fixed with foundation concrete 1:2:4 including cost of earthwork excavation curing etc complete. (As per the attached Drawings)

Making, supplying and fixing the stone bench with necessaryearthwork, laying plain concrete for fixing to the monumentincluding cost of all labour, material and other conveyancecharges etc complete. (As per the attached Drawings)

Providing and Installing RO drinking water facilities with necessary fittings for Drinking water Kiosk and connection with square type syntax tank and 1 HP motors with necessary electrical connection with necessary RO water filter 14000 litre capacity, RO water compressor 14000 litre capacity, RO unit water material SS 304 grade, Water tank 250 litre including pipe connections, Purifier condenser for 14000 litre capacity- 3 Nos, Water filter Type RO and UV both – 2 Nos, Cooling capacity Ltr/hr 150, Purification capacity Ltr/hr 50, Power requirement 220 – 240 V/AC, 3 Nos SS tap including fixing charges etc complete. (As per the attached Drawings)

Fixing, installation and commissioning of RO unit which is already purchased and exisitng in Sivaganga Little Fort Enclosing the Great Temple, Thanjavur including cost of materials, trenching for pipe line, conveyance from Thannjvaur to respective monument and labour charges etc;complete.

Provision for providing chappal stand of size (MS Chappal Stand 1.80x 0.40 x 1.00m) infront of the temple forpublic/tourist/visitors purpose with MSL angle 50 x 50x6 mm for outer frameand inner layer MS flat 50 x 6mm forkeeping chappals and shoes includingnecessary fabrications and othercharges etc;complete at Airavateswara Temple,Darasuram. (As per enclosed design).
