Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof Enclosure), Diesel Engine Driven Generating set capable of delivering 200 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator through direct/ flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bhopal. (NOTE- DG set must be of latest CPCB-IV+ norms and guidelines as per third amendment rules, 2022)

(i) ENGINE (prime mover):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, confirming to as per relevant IS, IS:10001/10002/BS 5514 or latest, water cooled naturally turbo charged capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal, 12 Volts (as per manufacturer recommendations), electric battery start complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self-starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. (ii) ALTERNATOR: - Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 Wire, confirming to IS 13364 (I&II) rated for output of 200 KVA, minimum power factory 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation class 'H' salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through direct/ flexible coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE FRAME: - Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/ specification. (iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: - Sheet metal fabricated scope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and power coated after seven tank processes, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1M at 75% load under field condition and 70 DB at 3M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No. 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (v) DIESEL TANK: Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen set. (vi) MISC: Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (vii) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (a) Start-stop switch with key (b) Water temperature indication (c)Lubrication oil pressure indication (d)Battery voltage (e) RPM indication (f) Over speed indication (g)Low lub. Oil trip indication & (h) Engine Hours indication(j) Safety control: Lub oil pressure trip, High water temp trip & over speed trip. AMF CONTROL PANEL:- The AMF panel will be integrated with the DG set homogeneously and completely synchronized and communication compatible, front opening type protection, duly powder coated, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of appropriate capacity for four poles with all standard switch gear, graphical LCD display & protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multi-threaded copper conductor cable etc (Control panel must shows these parameters Current, Voltage, KW, KVA, PF, RPM, Hz, KWH hooter etc. inbuilt provided with microprocessor-based protection unit for Engine alternator.)

Note: - The Genset should comply the Environment (Protection) Rules, 2013 related to Emission norms (latest update) and CPCB rules regarding type approval and conformity of production (CoP) should be complied. CPCB-IV+ rules should be complied. (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS and IS requirements in presence E/M Officer detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. (v) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. vi) Design / drawing of the DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/ panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil & final successful acceptance test. ix) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive one set of all types of filters, complete set of Maint tools & fuel refilling pump for filling fuel to DG set.

Fabricated, Supply and commissioninng of road based Mobile Trolley suitable for 200 KVA DG set with weather proof enclosure with four rubber tyres and maximum turnig diameter, hook at the front along with a spare wheel with minimum ground clearance of 250 mm with mud guards and rear, front and side reflectors sliding type with PVC ladder fitted below the base platform and should non removable.
