Design, Manufacturing, Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of illuminated taxiway/ runway guidance signages of various sizes made of anodized 2 mm (nominal) thick extruded aluminum profile frame with suitable stiffening supports for structural rigidity, 1.5 mm thick aluminum back cover, 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, supporting legs, breakable coupling etc. The letters and symbols shall be internally pasted/ screen printed with required coloring. The sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LEDs strips to achieve required illumination level, alongwith drivers, internal control circuit, automatic changeover to function on both main & standby (runway/ taxiway) circuits etc and shall operate without any flickering when operated on input source of 2.8 Amps. to 6.6 amps. series current. The suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement. The signages shall be installed on 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of size 400x400x500 mm for each leg and total base of 150 mm thick for the distance of 1.5 mtr. all around the board including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required. The taxiway guidance signages shall be as per ICAO and confirming to technical specifications. (legends shall be as approved by Engineer‐in‐charge).

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Supply of cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick , cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/ cover plate on the top and underground for housing transformer, power cable and having one/two/ three nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive of 50 mm and 15mm dia GI/DWC HDPE/HDPE pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm to receive fittings/base plate and bolts, etc complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of soil and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of medium intensity LED type taxiway edge light fitting on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type runway/ taxiway edge light by core cutting in the runway/taxiway/apron pavement, fixing the shallow base with dobefil and hardener, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 / 16 Sqmm, 2x4 Sqmm secondary cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6/16 Sqmm and 2x4 Sqmm secondary lead in the existing masonry duct as required.

Excavation of the trench in the hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtrs.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in the existing / DWC/HDPE/ metal pipe for loop earthing along with cable etc complete as required.

Kerfs cutting with machine in taxiway/runway of PQC/bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Upgradation and integration of existing Electro System make Airifeld lighting control and monitoring system (ALCMS) for newly added taxi-C lighting facilities including taxiway edge lights, guard lights, Signages etc complete with all required upgradation/enhancement of software and hardware for the units installed in ATC and CCR hall meeting ICAO/FAA.

Supply & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and other accessories.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all other accessories..
