Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part M-sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 83/4"X43/8"X 23/4" standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

Ellis Pattern flooring with 20mm thick in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix using 3 to 10 mm Stone Jelly Chips and top surfaces rended smooth in Cement – 10m2 ( no sand to be used )

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M-sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting two coasts of wall surface with ready mixed Plastic emulsion Paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting one coats over the iron work using ready mixed enamel paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications Rate for 10 Sqm

Wiring with 2 x 1.50 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in cuitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and Ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick Hylum Sheet cover with TW Switch box and 5A F.T. Switch and making good of the Concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC CONCEALED LIGHT POINT/FAN POINT (for Electronics Regulator) (SD NO: 24)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and Ceiling with PVC accessoires in Flush with wall 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW Switch box with 3mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the Concealed portion with suitable colour for CONCEALED PVC PLUG POINT (SD NO: 12)

Supply and fixing of 20w 4 feet LED fitting with LED including all other charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of best approved quality of Prepainted Galvalum Sheet 6mm thick including 15cm lapping for necessary J Bolt and nuts, Bitumen Washer and screw if wooden batterns including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.
