M & L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 600mm X 600mm X 450mm (internal dimensions) including excavation of earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation , brick work in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to both internal and external surfaces upto 150mm depth below GL, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in coping, cover with two Nos of hinges and one No. handle made out of MS round bar 10mm dia with necessary locking arrangement including painting to the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Foot Valve, flanged , conforming to IS 4038, 50 mm (2”) dia, PN 0.2 Housing, strainer, door and door plate in Cast Iron IS 210 Gr FG 200 ,Door Face Natural Rubber, SS 410 Fasteners – CS IS:1367, CL-4.6/4.0 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix three phase monoblock Pump set 3 HP complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar or equivalent as mentioned in PS

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer capacity 5 KVA for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer capacity 10 KVA for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second complete all as specified and as directed.
