Sppply, errection and commissioning of high tensile steel (confirming to BS-EN10 025 Grade S 355) asymmetrical High Mast lighting system of 16 meter Heigh in two section of bottom dia 410 mm x 4mm thick and top dia 150 mm x 3mm thick provisioned with suitable size of door opening. The High Mast Pole shall Confirm to Cat No BHMRL16D of Bajaj / Crompton/Philips, including the following : - (a) Provision of pully system at top to accomodate ropes & electric cables, Provision of 08 Nos luminaries carriage made of ERW steel pipes designed to act as cable conduit with cable enty holes, luminaries fixing arms, junction box mounting bracket, carriage buffer arrangements. (b) Motorised & manual operating double drum winch raising & lowering system with, 1 No 1 HP motor, two continous 6 mm dia stain less steel wire rope, 5 core 2.5 Sqmm EPR insulated, PVC sheathed trailing power cables, junction box, multi core cables from junction box to individual luminairie all aser per recommandation of OEM (c) 25 mm thick base plate with 8 Nos of 30 mm dia & 850 mm long anchor bolts with nuts. (d) 6 Nos - LED Flood light 350 Watts, with pressure die cast housing IP 65 protection with Luminous flux-38500 Im having Luminaire efficacy not less than 110 Im/W and correlated color Temperature -5665(-+) 355 K the fitting shall conform to cat no BJFL 350 W LED of Bajaj or equillant of Crompton/Philips (e) 01 Nos Integral aviation LED light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure. (f) Counter weight as recommended by OEM for asymmetrical arrangement of lights. (g) PCC foundation drawing shall be as per manufacture's specification specified by OEM for High mast to suit Wind 44 m/s speed as per IS 875 Part III: 1987 including form work, excavation in any strata, refilling, removal as per the following specification:- (i) PCC base with PCC 1:4:8 with TMT bar 10mm dia. (ii) RCC M 20 footing using 10mm TMT bar @ 200 mm c/c both way (iii) RCC M 20 column using 24 Nos - 12 mm TMT bar (vert) and 10 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm c/c (h) 01 No- LT Feeder panel, cubical out door type, factory fabricated from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outdoor type of suitable size to accomadate all accessories / fittings, incommers, outgoings, bus-bars, other components/ parts etc. The cubicle shall be of free standing type with frame made of angle iron . A detachable predrilled mild steel gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated shall be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Note - (a) The contractor shall submit drawings & specification of OEM and shall be got approved before procurement. (b) The High Mast and LED light fittings shall be used of same make only. (c) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of excavation and earth work inclusive of all civil work alongwith RCC foundation as per the recommendation of OEM

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine crushed sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
