(But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 12 way, Double door (12 way, Double door MCB distribution board to be provided by AAI)

Fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning, etc. as required. 40 A Double Pole ( 40 A Double Pole MCB to be provided by AAI)

Fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning, etc. as required. Single Pole (Single Pole, 6 amps to 32 amps rating MCB to be provided by AAI)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed pvc conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, etc. as required. (Group A)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting/LED tube light fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing, etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including providing down rod & wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable,etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR inverter technology based Split type indoor wall mounted type Airconditioners including fixing of indoor and out door unit with necessary supports/ MS stand/bracket angles, connection of refrigerant copper piping with suitable insulation ( taping the insulation with suitable colour to maintain aesthetics of wall, if required), laying of required copper cable between indoor & outdoor unit, initial gas charging complete as required i/c drilling the hole on the wall, plastering complete, etc. as required.
