Replacement of unserviceable pressure transducer of 0-200 psi of screw type central AC plant as per existing make, model & type complete all as specified and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable Temp sensor (T-100.20) of screw type central AC plant as per existing make, model & type complete all as specified and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable Drier core filter as per existing make, model & type complete all as specified and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable loading coil as per existing make, model & type complete all as specified and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair and replacement of one shell and tube type water cooled condenser with MS Shell and integrally finned copper tubing, complete with safety valves, drain valve, water inlet and outlet valves,hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves thermometer and pressure gauges at inlet and outlet and purge valves all as specified and as per following technical specification. M & L for repairs to condenser of AC plant by blocking the damaged/corroded tubes involving following activities :- (i) Disconnecting the side covers of the condenser from their existing positions. (ii) Leakage testing of the condenser using pressurised nitrogen gas and finding the leaked tubes. (iii) Blocking the damaged/leaked tubes by brass plugs. (iv) Re-fixing the side covers of the condenser and the condenser valves from their existing positions with new nuts, bolts, rubber gasket and washers etc and painting the surface with approved shade of synthetic enamel paints for following capacities of condenser :-

(a) up to 35 TR Capacity

(b) 36 to 50 TR capacity

(c) 51 to 130TR capacity

M&L and Repair and servicing of Hot Water Generator system 3 phase heating coil eliments and also servicing of control panel alongwith with proper checking of automatic sensor card and their accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply only in replacement the following spare parts for sevicing and repairs of pump set under item No 14. here in before.

Supply and fix in replacement power contactor 3 pole, 25 Amps Power contactor Lc1D25M7 for condenser/ chiller motor of bluestar and voltas AC plants unit of make M/s Schneider incl taking down old unsv contactor all as specified and directed. (Make should be as per existing item)

Supply and fix in replacement power contactor 3 pole, 18 Amps Power contactor Lc1D18M7 for CT fan motor of bluestar and voltas AC plants unit of make M/s Schneider incl taking down old unsv contactor all as specified and directed. (Make should be as per existing item)

Supply and fix in repairs Auto capacity regulator solenoid valve of Make : Rotex, 220V, 50Z or equivalent in Avcon, Accel cat part No 50 including connecting of interlock wiring, nut, bolt, wahser etc incl taking down old unsv solenoid valve all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repairs Coil for solenoid valve SP-180 cat part No 50-A of Make : Accel, Sporlan, Rotex connecting into liquid line including interlock wiring, nut, bolt , washer etc incl taking down old unsv solenoid valve all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of suitable capacity HVE size for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure suitable for DX type AC plant incl taking down old unsv expansion valve. After fixing testing should be entire satisfication of Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of suitable capacity MVE size suitable for scroll type chiller units for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure. Brazing of the expansion valve is in the scope of the contractor in this item incl taking down old unsv expansion valve all as per entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable insulation over the chiller pipe line, cleaning water pipe surface with steel brush removing dirt/dust, Material and labour for chilled pipe line insulation by applying a coat of zinc chromite primer & applying two coats of cold setting adhesive compound (CRPX) on pipes for sticking the insulation bonded mineral wool of density 144 Kg/cum, 50mm thikness tightly pressed on the pipe upto 250mm dia seal all the joint with adhesive compound warp the insulation surface by using one layer of polythene sheet 50mm wide PVC tape covering the entire surface with chicken mesh , of density 144 Kg/Cum and cover 26 gauge aluminium GI cladding of approved colour & cover with Glasswool complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
