Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in Ground floors & pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling barbed wire fencing any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

All as per above item but except barbed wire.

Restraining and re-securing galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and making good to staples etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal are square heads at one end and screwed the other are screwed both ends each screwed both end to be fitted with washres and one hexoagonal are square nuts n exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck not exceeding 12mm complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint incl preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and as directed

Demolition of stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC block masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches,pillars etc but precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed

M&L walling of random rubble uncoursed, brought up to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 for retaining wall/ drainage etc compltete all as specified and as directed

All as per above item but except stone

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bonder stone set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to rataining wall/drainage complete all as specified and as directed

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for raised pointing to RR stone walling in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries from the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 350 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work to receive glazed tiles/granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, kneeelers,apes stone kerbs, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type c2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing/footpath complete all as specified and directed

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 51,332.00
