Removing Carpet from the site with underlay including cleaning the surface of existing base from any type of foreign material complete and disposal of same within the building premises as directed complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing existing Vertical Blinds of size 2480 X 1520mm along with operation channel etc. i/c stacking the serviceable material at site and disposing the unserviceable material to the dumping ground of building premises.

Scrapping/removing the existing French spirit polishing surface having melamine finish on veneer/plywood consisting of: i) Scrapping/removing old melamine finish by using 80 No./Grade emery paper, ii) followed by smoothening the surface with using emery paper of 100 No./Grade all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. a) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic/acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a) Two or more coats on new/old work

French spirit polishing : a) One or more coats on old work

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat). (Melamine polishing to be done mechanically by using compressor)

Providing and fixing pressure die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of available required colour (having brand logo embossed on the body, door weight upto 70 kg and door width from 1100 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (Hardwyn's base series door closer 'expo' model over head type or equivalent)

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of brass lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete. (Godrej's Venus satin product code 7295 (LKYLDMVS1) or its equivalent)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing & placing in position 8mm thick black/Brown float glass customized to required size & shape in table top including cutting in curvilinear shape to match with table, mechanical rounding, rubbing & polishing to cut edges with 1" edges paneling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing specified wood frame work consisting of battens 50x25mm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc. including priming coat complete. (a) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3,50 mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawel plug & washers and held and in position by criss cossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick commercial plywood (Century / Greenply/Duro or equivalent) of approved quality, brand and manufacture in partition in required pattern and design as per drawing to be fixed with stainless steel screws to exising M.S frame work including two coats of fire retardant paint unthinned on cleaned wood/ply surface @ 3.5 sqm per litre per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant. complete as per direction of Enginneer in Charge.(Note :- This item does not include the cost of applying fire retardant paint and shall be paid in separate Item)

Providing and fixing 3.50 mm thick teak veneer of approved brand and manufacture (Duro Golden Cedar or equivalent) in partitions / door shutters skins with nails,fevicol/adhesives etc as per drawing in proper design and pattern with proper groove adjustment complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood beading of sizes mentioned below to be fixed with necessary headless nails and fevicols complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of the existing floor Tiles,Wooden panneling laminates, window glass etc. with necessary cleaning solutions, soap, Acid etc. all Complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
