Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified. Note : A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater for bulkage irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking paver tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and smooth using extra cement on edges/sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (rubber moulded, coloured, reflective with lacquer finish), M-40 grade, 80 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore mild steel galvanised tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc., and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3, cutting not exceeding 10 cm in girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 32 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings complete in trenches, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bib taps cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipes or for brass ferrule, bore dia of pipe 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop valves fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for union, bore dia of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PTMT Grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole (Minimum weight 40gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all accessories in walls, ceilings etc., including 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., and connected to existing DB all as specified and as directed for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all accessories in walls, ceilings etc., including 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., and connected to existing DB all as specified and as directed for one 3 pin, 5 Amps socket outlet controlled by one, one way switch on independent board.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade copper cable and provision of 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly connecting up to fittings complete.

Material and Labour for Point wiring with 4.0 sqmm single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size rigid PVC conduit along with fittings and all accessories, fixed /laid/concealed in walls/ceilings including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors etc, including 4.0 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, fabricated/pressed steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick modular bottom sunken type, suitable modular top cover with frame, number of modules as required complete all as specified and as directed for 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one one way switch.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Isolation transformer, copper wound 03 KVA capacity, capable of protection of load from noise spike and surge that appear in main supply and minimize the earth to neutral potential with single phase 230 Volts 50 Hz input and single phase 230 Volts 50 Hz output transformer ratio 1:1 with class "F" insulation, air cooled type including two nos suitable MCB DP on input and output & one no socket on output for taking connection complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and spread dry clean fine stone dust in trenches in layers, overall thickness 23 cm, below and upper part of the LT UG cable for cable cushioning all as per clause 19.75 of SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying galvanised steel pipe 80mm bore dia light grade including all fittings complete laid in trenches or in floor, for road crossing/fixed on wall/on pole for protection of LT UG cables all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for providing Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 5.15 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 4.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip lead 32 mm x 6 mm size by means of copper brazing strip and layers of charcoal & magnesium sulphate including funnel with wire mesh and testing of earthing all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and including taking down old earthing materials from site (a) Earthing has to be done in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.(b) For Chemical earthing , Charcoal small pieces - 75 Kg, salt (crystal) - 250 Kg, Magnesium sulphate (crystal) - 100 Kg shall be used. (c) Copper strip shall be braced with copper plate electrode. d) Alternate layers of charcoal and salts should be laid in the earth pit on the top of copper plate at least in 5 layers . (e) After laying the 5 alternate layers of charcoal and salt, two layers of magnesium sulphate has to be laid.(f) The chemical salt and magnesium sulphate should not be mixed but are to be laid in layers only. (g) The copper strip is to be extended inside the equipment and power room and it should be routed in the side wall of under ground duct fixed with Bakelite/porcelain spacers. (h) During execution of work pour sufficient water in earth pit before and after doing earthing. (j) 25 mm dia GI pipe of suitable length has to reach just above copper plate fitted with funnel meshed along with cap ( k) Soft soil ( Black cotton soil) shall be used in case of rocky terrain.(l) Brass nuts & bolts with proper washers shall be used for copper strip jointing and necessary bracing shall be done as directed. (m) Copper strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately. (n) The test point pit shall be made as directed.(o) The test report shall be submitted in triplicate. (p) Construction of earth pit chamber shall be with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm grade stone aggregate, RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 cover, 50mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bar 100 mm centre to centre with lifting handles of suitable dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-1. Earth resistance shall be less than 1 Ohms. 2. After completion of the work while testing earth resistance, if the desired results not acheived, the contractor shall redo the complete earthing at his own cost. No extra claim whatsoever is admissable in this regard

Supply and fixing 20 X 3 mm copper strip as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required
