Annual Operation and Maintenance work at 132KV Sub station Laharpur

Operation of 132/33KV Sub-Station, Laharpur (Sitapur) round o clock in 3 Shifts of 08:00 Hours each per day by deploying a team consisting of technical person (04 Nos. Departmantal TG-II/SSO and 01 Nos. Helper presently working at 132KV Sub-Station, Laharpur. Required 03 Nos. Semi Skilled Helper to assist the TG-II on duty shift) in each shift (Total 04 Nos. shifts, 01 No. shift being on rest per day) by due operation of sub-station equipments transformers including D.G. Set etc. as per standard practices of UPPTCL and instructions of Higher officers AE/JE and CLDS/ALDS along with recording of operational activities system information/data message etc.

Preventive,Routine and General/Normal breakdown Maintenance of the Transformers, Outdoor/Indoor Equipments, Control & Relay Panels, RTCC Panels, ACDBs,DCDBs, Battery Sets, Battery Chargers,etc. at 132/33 KV Substation Laharpur by engaging a team round the clock consisting of the 01 No. TG-II, 01 No. Technician & 02 No. Semi Skilled Helper as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instructions of SDO/JE during the period of 01 year, with all cost of men, misc. consumables etc required for the job except the Spares/Items/Material/Equipments that shall be provided by the department. (01 job for each month):

Daily General Cleaning and Maintenance/Upkeep of Control Room, JE Office Building etc. by brooming and mopping alongwith cleaning of associated Toilets including brooming of C.C. Roads/Floors, Trench Covers and scrapping of unwanted Growths in between Joints of C.C. Roads at 132/33 KV Substation, Laharpur as per Details by deploying required man power & 01 No. Sweeper with all cost of men, Toiletries, Harpic, Lizol, Phenoil, Cotton cloths, Acid, Misc. consumables, T&Ps etc. required for the Job. (01 job for each Month)

Cleaning of Trenches, removal of Trench Covers, Removal of earth, dust, grass shrubs, grass roots etc. Brooming in Trenches, Throwing away waste material from switchyard and refixing of Trench Covers.

Grass Cutting of Switchyard by scraping of grass, bush wood, shrubs, &plants etc., weeding out of wild growth roots, seeds etc. including of small wild trees if any at substation premises and disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of sub-station boundary 4 times in year (01 Job for one time grass cutting after each three month interval) & chemical spray 01 time in a year with all cost, consumbles, T&P etc required for the completeion of job. Total no. of jobs=05 Jobs.

Maintenance of Lawn & Garden: Regular Maintenance of flower pots, Lawn Trees, Shrubs, Hedges, Ground over, Flower Beds in Lawn by deputing required No. of well experienced gardeners including weeding out of all undesired growths, watering, trimming, forking, making loose soil around plants, lawn etc. including replacement of aired plants, grass with plant of same variety including cost of cow dung manure and its spreading with all men and material to complete the job as per direction the SDO/JE.

Annual maintenance of Air conditioners installed in control room at 132KV Sub-Station, Laharpur including servicing, cleaning, replacement of coolent copper pipe, outlets pipes, checking of gas, refilling of refrigent gas if required etc. work.
