Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard / dense soil all as directed.

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanised steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, including necessary lugs, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable, Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanised steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 1100 Volts grade cable and laying only new XLPE insulated cable, screened, bedded galvanised steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core with cable protection works (as aplicable) laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on pole/wall/laid under road /path/culvert/drains/encased in pipe, including necessary lugs,joiniting and tesing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Sl Item Nos 6, 6.01, 7 & 8 :- Cables will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for laying only.

Taking down unserviceable air brake switch, Supply and fix, new switch, air brake, gang operated 11 KV, HT Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old drop out fuse and supply and fixing Drop out fuse with fuse links and wire fuse complete of capacity HT 11 KV 200 Amps 10(KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing Lightning arrester Expulsion type of capacity HT 11 KV 65 (KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling, Repairing and rewinding of transformer capacity 315/400 KVA after disconnecting all electric connections and removing from position, transporting to work shop and carrying out the following works complete all as specified and as directed. (a) HV and LV of copper winding (b) Testing and commissioning ,Varnishing of HV,LV Winding , filling fresh transformer oil to the capacity as required, cleaning and Painting of Transformer after completion of all job fixing to the bed connecting to the existing power line etc., complete

Servicing and Painting of two/four pole structure ,OCB, Transformer, and panel board and olled steel joists mild steel channels & supports with one coat of aluminium paint and colour paint as per the existing colour of the equipments including colour code for RYB to indicate the colour code for body earthing & lighting arrestor complete including taking proper shut down & greasing the GOD switch & tightening of all bolts & nuts and replacement of ACSR conductor and PVC sleeves , wornout lugs, PG clamps and HT fuses in the structure as required at site including two coats of white wash for masonary plat form complete and one coat of synthetic enamel paint for weld mesh, removing of Weeds / Plants inside the yard and Cleaning and painting of Chain link fence for tranformer area complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE :- i) Spare parts, Components will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule'. ii) Components / accessories to be replaced shall be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge, iii) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be aloowed.

Supply and fix, Transformer breather assembly with silica gel filled including removing the unserviceable breather unit of 500 gm capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to power distribution transformer of capacity between 315 KVA to 750 KVA to stop oil leakage by draining out transformer oil complete in moisture proof drum, dismantling top cover along with conservator tank, Marshalling box, breather etc and replacing gasket, washers, oil seals etc and reassembling transformer, refilling oil after filtration by high vacuum oil filtration plant & testing complete all as directed.

Supply only ISI Marked transformer oil in sealed drum and topping up of transformer oil in transformers and HT OCB's after filtration with 50 to 60 KV/min of die-electric strength of oil by high vacuum oil filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the power distribution transformers and HT OCB's of any capacity from main power supply and carrying out oil filtration through high vacuum oil filtration plant, extracting the moisture content, dust, sludge and carbon deposits from oil and bringing to 40 KV/min die electric strength through 2.5 mm gap of testing electrode including carrying out acidity and di-electric strength test before and after oil filtration and submission of test certificate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, HT brass spindles with porcelain bush of power distribution transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 500 KVA including taking out unserviceable spindle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel) supply and fix Dehydrating agent (silica gel) of power distribution transformers including taking out unserviceable Silica gel complete all as specified and as directed.

Detection /localisation of fault in HT 11 KV UG cable of any size and length, by means of cable fault locator including pinpointing the exact location of fault ,retrieving the exposing damaged portion carefully for further inspection and repairs complete all as specified and as directed . NOTES :- (i) Charges for cable fault equipment carried out by BESCOM/ other agencies are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted (ii) Contractor on demand by the department has to arrange the above equipment without any delay failing which necessary penalty will be levied by the department.

Supply and fix, MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 250 amps, 36 kA breaking capacity including taking out old unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the HT Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) of any capacity and take from main power supply, carrying out servicing of HT VCB's 400/630 Amps capacity by drawing out the VCB trolley from the HT panel, opening the top cover of oil tank, drain out the oil in moisture proof drum, cleaning of entire parts of switch gear such as fixed and breaking mechanism with emery paper, cotton waste etc., checking for proper alignment for smooth movement of fixed and moving contacts after applying petroleum jelly, tightening of screw, bolts, nuts etc, filling of the tank with oil after filtration and checking of all internal wiring, re-assembling the VCB in position, connecting VCB with main power supply and testing to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Shut down available on user permissions.

(ii) Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.
