AMF PANEL Should be of following specification: (c) AMF panel of suitable size factory made indoor cubical type front openable fabricated out of CRCA steel sheet complete as per manufacturer's specifications suitable for DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA and comprising of the following switch gears and accessories (i) MCCB 100 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA breaking capacity with adjustable over load and adjustable short circuit - 02 Nos (ii) Contractor & Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating (iii) Controller & sensitivity relay set (iv) Electronic latch circuit with tapping indication (v) Re-set facilities for complete protection of AMF panel. (vi) Instantaneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 amps (vii) Self sequential starting relay unit 12 volts DC with dual interlocking timer for self ON/OFF (3 Sec-15 sec) adjustable independently with another timer for set fails to start alarm with self power contractor 12 volts DC of suitable amps (viii) Electronic meter 220 volts for main contractor with 1 No/1NC auxiliary contract

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32X6mm connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 40mm dia light grade ISI marked Gi protection pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES schedule Part I, with & including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC1:2:4 B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4kgper Sqm watering arrangements with 20mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI wire mesh filling with mixture of common salt charcoal, necessary excavation and earth works in any type soil, including test point, testing & connecting, complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep in hard/dense soil for laying cables, laying pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole/tray etc UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric UG cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area of following size all as specified and as directed. Note: Earthwork, excavation including returning filling shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Cutting the road/hard standing for laying of pipes/cable in trenches and making good with PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 complete and painting with black paint, if necessary, to match with existing bibulous road colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring concealed type with 2runs of 6sqmm (phase and neutral) and one run 6sqmm earth continuity conductor 1100 volt grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked (IS 694) drawn through and including PVC rigid concealed conduit of suitable size not les than 25mm medium grade ISI marked including accessories such as bends, supports cleats, in wall including connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Three runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of 25 mm conduit/casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mmm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
