M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels by cleaning/ rubbing with coarse cloth/ wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease and repainting by applying one spray coat of synthetic enamel paint without disturbing/ damaging the electrical net work system/ equipment including marking of details of capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing in capital English alphabets of required size of letter with suitable colour and Danger notice plate with radium stickering in RED colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for fabrication/repair of LT panel door covers made out MS Sheet 3mm thick necessary folding jointing as suitable at site with existing panel board indoor/outdoor including necessary welding, hinges and supports including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transport charges for electric/gas welding machine from workshop to site and back shall be included in the rate quoted.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in soft or loose soil for foundation of poles (or) cable laying.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 4 core x 25 sq.mm. M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,40mm bore medium grade (steel pipe) buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GI, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 2 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP- 65 and locking arrangements.
