Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make (Jindal or Equivalent ) conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up to gaps at junctions at top bottom and sides with required EPRM rubber/ neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle. Aluminum snap beading of glazing/ paneling CP brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer I/C (glazing paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) incl. consequential and incidental cost like all leads lifts carriages and scaffoldings etc complete job

Powder coated alumniumim frames (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns )

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hingers/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns

P/F glazing in aluminum window / ventilator shutters and partitions etc of approved make (Saint Gobain or Equivalent) with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc as per architectural drawings and direction of the engineer I/C (cost of aluminum snap beadings shall be paid in basic item ) incl. all consequential and incidental costs like all leads, lifts, carriages and scaffoldings etc complete job.

With float glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10Kg/sqm)

With float glass panes of 5.5mm thickness (weight not less than 13.5 kg/sqm).

P/F of following aluminum powder coated fittings of approved make incl. all necessary screws, nuts bolts and washers incl. all consequential and incidental costs like all leads lifts carriages and scaffolding etc complete job.

Providing and fixing of double action hydraulic floors spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 marked, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kgs for doors including cost of cutting floors. Embedding to the existing finishing and cover plate with brass pivot and single piece M.S sheet outer box with slight plate etc complete as per the direction of engineer I/C with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25mm thickness)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat with decorative laminated on both sides pressed three layer or graded wood particle board ( conforming to IS:12823 grade-I type-II in paneling fixed in aluminimum doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP brass / stainless steel screws etc complete as per architectural drawings and direction of engineer I/C.

Providing and fixing WPC(wood and plastic composite) doors of approved quality and make with specification frame 100mm x75mm x2mm and sash standards of 800/900x2100 mm x37mm thick and outer thickness of 5mm of approved colours and shades incl. all hardware fittings and screws of required size cutting, planning gluing designing etc (the product shall have a 10 years warranty against weathering of profiles) complete job.
