Dismantling of the existing Lifts, Lift machines, motor, car, rail, buffer, brackets, joists, rope etc. including the cost of scafolding work for dismantling as per direction of the EIC.

Terms and Condition:

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Rates should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish.

Cost for all masonry & fabrication work for installation of Lift and allied accessories, patch modification, temporary or related makeshift arrangement regarding lift installation, minor civil work, wall/ floor cutting, pocket cutting on wall and mending good the damages properly is to be cleaned.

The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of cost for providing 2 years DLP after completion of 1 year of initial commisioning.
