Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten Square Metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ) Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. Earth work in excavation for all types of road structures ,such as retaining walls,breast walls ,culverts drains and parapets etc.in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rocks,hard rocks chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,including setting out, constrcution of shoring and bracing ,removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty milimetres ) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and including of carrage of materials with in all leads and lifts .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm( three point one five milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies/steel props, height of propping and centering below supporting floor up to all floor and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(i). Foundation, footing basis of columns etc., and mass concrete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( i). Floor etc., upto 200mm( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness.

Beams cantilevers girders and lintels (i) Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilevers, brssumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre ( One metre) in depth in all heights from floor.

Column, pillars, posts and struts. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering 1:5:10 (one cement : five fine sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size) all work up to plinth level including carriage of Material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size)( Forty milimetre) mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth with pidilite or Dr.fixit water proofing treatment as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any hickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of Material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (twenty millimeters nominal size) michamically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. (ii) Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor two level and above up to all floor levels.(iii) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto all floor level.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement SAIL ,TISCO for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto floor all level including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Tor steel Up to all floors and levels .

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(one hundred milimetre) dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 complete including hauling of in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 0.60mm(zero point six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six milimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm (two milimetre)thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including hollow section , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required i) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm (fifty milimetre)dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be measured & paid separately) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. IRC Febric 32x32x 3mm(thirty two into thirty two into three milimetre) thick as per approved design complete by welding with electric plant complete including applying priming coat of red lead paint as per HP PWD Specification 1990 volum I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
