Earth work excavation for road work: Excavation for road work in all types of soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading to tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transportation with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specifications.

RCC Hume pipe NP2 class – 450 mm dia: Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipes of NP2 for culverts including pointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

PCC of Mix 1:5:10 for Inspection chamber bed: KSRB 4-1.3: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:5:10 with OPC @ 160kgs per cum, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.86 cum and fine aggregates (clean sieved river sand) at 0.58 cum, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick, well compacted, laid in foundation including cost of all material, labour , HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. – For bed concrete Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2

Solid concrete block masonry : Providing and constructing with solid concrete blocks having block density not less than 1800kg/cum having minimum average compressive strength of 5.00 N/sq.mm confirming to IS 2185 ( Part 1 ) : 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials labour charges, scaffolding, curing, hire charges of machineries etc., complete as per specfications. KBS No 5.4 size : 400x200x200

12mm thick Plastering in cm 1:4 – (wall surface) : Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to wall surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications.

Refilling available earth in trenches: KSRB 2-4: Refilling available earth around pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering, with lead up to 50 meters and lift up to 1.50 meters, including cost of all labour complete as per specification.

Centering /shuttering for covering slab : Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting propping etc., for Covering slab etc., including edges including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

M20 for Covering Slab: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix - M20 - with OPC cement at 320 kgs/ PPC/ PSC cement with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and clean sieved fine aggregates at 0.46 cum with superplasticizer at 3ltrs conforming to IS 9103 -1999 Reaffirmed-2008,machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for RCC works of all sizes including cost of all materials, labour HOM of machinery curing complete as per specifications (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges). Design mix test should conform to IS 456:2000 - Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.6

TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work: KSRB 4.9.2: Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to adjoining members wherever necessary, all laps and wastage complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labours, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3. Fe-500 grade TMT steel from the primary producers such as SAIL/ TISCO/ RINL/ IISCO/ VIZAG as approved by the Ministry of Steel shall only be used.

Box cutting / trenching the sub grade & compacting ground; KSRB 300-28: Box cutting / trenching the sub grade to proper slope, camber and removing inequalities including removing the stuff and depositing on the road side slopes (cutting of earthwork shall be paid separately in the respective item on the basis of classification of the excavation) and compaction of original ground by mechanical means including filling in depression offering during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM complete as per specifications MORTH Chapter 3.

Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plat carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications. M30 grade un-reinforced concrete pavements: Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC at 320kg/cum and GGBS 40kg/cum conforming to IS: 3812, coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383-2016, with superplastizer at 3Ltrs conforming to IS 9103-2008, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork ( steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as pe drawing) and Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermeable plastic shet of 125micron , sealant, primer joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries, all lead and lift charges etc., complete as per specifications.

Pre caste solid concrete rubber moulded kerb stone: Providing and fixing Pre cast solid concrete rubber moulded kerb stones made out of CC 1:2:4 and finished with CM 1:3 plastering, joints and finishing cutting etc., complete

PVC pipe – 140mm dia – 4kgf/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing PVC pipes 4.00 kgf/sqcm working pressure 140mm diameter conforming to IS specification – IS 4082 of 1960 & 7634 of 1975 - with fittings including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc complete as per specification.- For drain – Pipe pieces of app. 0.60 meters length x about 33 numbers for rain water vent at kerb stone.

Anti-fungus exterior emulsion paint : Providing and applying in two coats Apex Ultima emulsion paint of Asian make/ equivalent Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco having anti-fungus and water resistance character, of approved colour and shade, over a base coat of apex primer painting/ equivalent primer including scraping the original surface and rubbing with sand paper of zero size, paints of approved colour, providing and removing scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains etc., complete

Interlock pavement: Providing and laying heavy duty rubber moulded colour interlock pavement stones 60 mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per sqcm over 50 mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.
