Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water & removed debrises out MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 in two coats (15mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished with sand faced plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but 10mm in CM (1:3) on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash to ceiling incl preparation newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls,soffits & fascias of chajjas etc and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint(100% Acrylic) exterior grade over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding of any description and in any position including removing demolished materials outside MoD land all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned and washed concrete surfaces and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Shali Plast LW+ of STP/Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent and appoved as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. Alll cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating ,complete as specified below: (a) Clean the surface and apply one coat of primer (STP Shali Urethane BTD diluted in water in 1:1 ratio and applied @ 400 gm/sqm OR Dr, Fixit primeseal diluted in water in 2:1 ratio and applied @ 7-8 sqm/ltr) and allows to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit New Coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr) (c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by aithorised applicator only 3) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Providing roof treatment as under : - (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.30 litres per sqm over cleaned and dry roof surface including parapet (b) Material and labour for applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over priming coat of roof . (c) Providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing memberane with minimum weight of 3.5 kg/sqm , as spefieid. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on application with minimum 10 cm side overla and 15 cm end overlapl. The APP memberane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. (Make : Pidilite Industries/STP/IWL) (d) Providing polypropylene/polyester, non-woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cm 1:4 over APP membrane at roof, and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including any fitting if required / damaged during taking down, capacity of tank exc 1000 ltr but n.exc 2000 ltr. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & refixing PVC SWR 110/150 mm bore pipes single socketed in any lengths & to any height with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles Including removal of debris out side MoD land complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Material and labour Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of Raincoat water proofing Decorative coating Dr Fixit as approved for exposed surfaces of plaster concrete as per manufacturer specifications & instructions complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V sections in existing roofs where cracks more than 2.5 mm wide cleaning out wetting grouting with chemical compound of DR FIXIT OF PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down AC rain water pipe any size or pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, including cleaning for refixing or removing to stone all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC 150mm bore pipes in any length with tubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 15 x 1.5mm GI flat incl all fittings like sockets, junction, elbow etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F 150mm PVC (SWR) bends all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC 150mm bore pipes in any length with tubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 15 x 1.5mm GI flat incl all fittings like sockets, junction, elbow etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 150mm PVC (SWR) bends all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings or chajjas (FRP or any other pattern) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Framed brackets of angles or tee with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates, riveting etc nexc each 10Kg bracket confirming to Fe -410W (Gde - E-250 ) quality -B all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia 100 mm long dash through fasteners bolts fixed in concrete or brick work to hold brackets etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for filleting in any position and to any shape of section area not exc 25 sq cm in cement sand mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparaing of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down CI soil/ waste/ vent/ pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing CI soil/ waste/ vent pipe in any length with ears 100mm bore ISI marked (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CI bends or tee( any radius ) for soil / waste pipes 100 mm bore diminshing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal ) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) wirh parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Taking out shrubs/vegetation growth from building at any height and at any location with root and applying a glyphosat pesticide or any other equivalent pesticide in a ratio of 1:50 with water on roots including taking down cement plaster not exc 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good surface by plastering the same area with 20 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface to match existing surface with necessary scaffolding and other required T&P all as specified and as directed. Note for all items :- The work in certain bldgs is to be carried out in high storeyed buildings. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures of labours engaged in the work as per latest labour laws & regulations.
