REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFORMER AND NEUTRAL GROUNDINGS RESISTORS INSTALLED AT VARIOUS ELECTRICAL SUB STATION UNDER AGE EM II OF GE NW VASCO

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type oil filled transformer of capacity 100 KVA as per IS-1180 Part-1: 2014 with off load tap changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage with in limit (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in step of 2.5%. The transformer shall be provided with cable termination box to terminate Outdoor type termination of suitable size on HT side 11 KV& LT side 1100volt. Transformer step-down ratio of 11000volt /433volt, 3 phase 4 wire, impedance as per IS. Oil type ONAN cooled suitable for outdoor installations and double wound core type with cold rolled grain oriented silicon shell insulated laminations and clamped to minimize vibrations and noise. The winding I be of copper and shall be designed for full load current and to withstand the thermal and electromagnetic stresses arising due to the to the through fault current vector group shall be DYN 11 including supply of all standard fitting/fixture and comprising of the followings -

(a) HT cable termination box (b) LT cable termination box (c)Rating & Diagram Plate. (d) Earthing Terminals. (e) Lifting Lugs. (f) Oil Level Indicator with minimum level marking (g) Thermometer Pockets. (h) Conventional Conservator with oil filling hole with cap and drain plug. (i) Air Release Plug. (j) Silica gel breather. (k) Off Circuit Tap Changer (l) Bi-directional Rollers. (m) Jacking Pads. (n) Radiators. (Epoxy Painted) Note : (i) Transformer shall be fixed over the platform of size not less than 3 m (Length) X 3 m (Width) X1.5 m (height) above ground level made by PCC 1:3:6, as mass filling and PCC 1:2:4 at top with 30 cm thickness. Civil work required for installation of transformer deemed to be included into quoted rates.

M & L for earthing complete with Gl earth plate, electrode,600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to Gl earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of Gl nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of Cl cover, watering arrangement shall be made with Gl pipe medium grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with Gl pipe. light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials. Note: GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted

S&F Gl pipe light grade of sizes 100 mm dia for cable protection in trenches/ at PCC poles for loop-in/ loop-out of cable and cable entry at panel/equipment end complete all as specified and as directed
