Description of items works:- (a) M&L for point using approved colour coding per IS with 1.5 Sqmm mulistranded, 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC casing & caping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces/ceiling including PVC gang Box for fixing switches sockets etc. all s specified for one socket outlet 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each Point-06 (b) All as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before but controlled with one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp, independent board with cable 4 Sqmm including provision of 2.5 Sqmm single core multistanded FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor as earth conducting conductor complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each Point-02 (c) Supply and fixing of switch piano type 5 Amp, 230 Volt, flush button single pole on way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each-06 (d) M&L Ceiling rose, 3 terminal with ISI mark all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Each-06 (e) S&F for exhaust AC, Metal body, Single Phase 300mm sweep, with louvre complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each-06 (f) Supply, fixing, testing water heater storage type (Geyser) with BE 5 star with multifunctional safety valve, electric operated 230 V, Single Phase complete including one no of heating element, automatic, thermal cut out, fusible plug, anti vacuum sys, built in presser release valve, thermostat, rust proof powder coated body, indicator lamps and all safety advices of capacity 25 ltrs including provn of grouting bolts in walls including, PVC connection etc and making good disturbed surfaces. Make : CG/Racold/Havells/Bajaj/indo and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each-02 (g) S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Each-02 (h) Supplying, laying, joining and testing bale XLPE insulated IS 7098(Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC Sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. RM-90 (j) S&F GI tubing medium light grade including all fitting of size 15mm dia for water connection including band, tee, union, socket etc complete and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. RM-42 (k) S&F gate valve 15mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete. Each-04 (l) S&F bib taps, cast copper alloy 15mm with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe. Each-04 (m) M&L for submain wiring with cable insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade 4 Sqmm 2 runs and one run 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire all drawn through & incl in PVC casing caping of suitable size medium grade all as directed.
