Biennial Contract for Repair-Maintenance of Building and External Civil Infrastructure work in AnuKiran and AnuChhaya colonies at R.R. Site.

Surface Dressing of Ground including removing vegetations and / or inequalities not exceeding 15 cms. Deep and disposal of rubbish upto lead of 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m for all kind of soil. as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Excavation of Earth work in all types of ground substrata consisting of hard rock / fragmented rock / soft rock / ordinary soils / filled up ground / murrum requiring use of rock breaker, drilling, chiseling with mechanical / manual means etc. up to a depth of 1.5 m from the original ground level and dewatering if required for foundation of walls, columns, platforms etc. including backfilling with selected excavated materials in plinth and foundation trenches in layers not exceeding 200 mm thick, watering ramming etc. complete and disposing off the surplus materials to a maximum radially measured lead of 1.0 KM. as per drawings, design , safety and specifications and directions of the Engineer.

Surface Excavation of Earth work not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 1.0 KM and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed etc. completed and disposing off the surplus materials to a maximum lead of 1.0 KM. radius as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying of Good Earth at site excavated and brought from outside (borrow pits / stock piles) free from weeds, roots, rubbles and other foreign material including royalty and carriage and filling in trenches, plinth and sides of foundation and other area etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and lift upto 1.5m etc. complete (only consolidated fill shall be paid).

Providing and Operation of Hydraulic Excavator/ J.C.B. of 1 cum bucket for clearing of rubbish, garbage, debris, Excavation work etc including cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, Diesal / petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables for running the machine all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and operation of 8 to 10 Tonne road roller with driver and two nos unskilled worker for ground levelling and true grade line (Uniform Surface etc) including all consumables i.e. diesel oil for lubricants etc all complete and as per Direction of the Engineer-in-charge {Working times 8 Hrs per day}.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick Stone Soling under floors properly hand packed, filling interstices with spalls, gravels and inert fine material and consolidating to required gradient and camber, spreading, watering etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer.

Providing and laying 200 mm thick Stone Soling using quarry stone properly hand packed, filling interstices with spells, gravels and inert fine material and consolidating with power road roller to required gradient and camber including spreading, watering and rolling binding material etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer.

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -at all level , transporting of concrete to site, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) - at all level, transporting of concrete to site, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
