Original PVs alongwith test certificates will be produced by the contractor from furniture manufacturer from where the items have been procured and these certificates shall be independently verified by GE and kept on record before releasing the payment/RAR to the contractor. 6. All items will be preferred from same brand/manufacturer to have a uniformity in all aspects (including service after sales) and esthetical appearance as well. 7. It may please noted by bidders that samples of all items including brand will be approved by GE in consultation with user and only approved furniture will be supplied by the contractor and the claim of contractor what-so-ever in this regard will not be entertained. The make/brand approved by department will be final and binding on contractor and these provisions will take precedence over other similar provisions made in tender/CA.
