M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast Concrete Block work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not other specifically provided for gate post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X450mmx6-7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns and laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut prepolished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in roof covering all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile, coloured, having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified

S&F 0.56mm Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided ford etc complete all as specirfied.

S&F Steel works In tubular posts/ trusses/ purlin including special shaped washer etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

S&F MS work in wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removing to store.
