Erection of stud pole support on PCC Pole 9.0 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps, Nuts & Bolts and other accessories required for erection as per Resspo norms. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Erection of stud pole support on STP Pole 11.0 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps, Nuts & Bolts and other accessories required for erection as per Respo norms. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Cradle Guarding of 33KV line at road crossing, 11KV line crossing, canal/telephone line crossing by fixing of 06 Nos. Eye hook, M.S Angle 65x65x6, 3500 mm at double pole and 2600mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire, tightining with mounting etc as per Respo Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor).

Earthing of Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG GI Wire by providing and fixing of earthing rod 18 MM dia 3.0 Mtr. Long digging of pit for fixing of earthing rod binding with G.I. Wire 6 SWG earthing with G.I. Wire with Earthing rod by Nuts & Bolts etc. as per Resspo norms . (Contractor shall provide all the material Like Earthing rod , Clamps and Nuts & Bolts etc .)

Nozzeling and grouting of stay at sectional pole and extra stay sets at angle locations as per Respo Norms. (All the civil material and Clmapss, Nuts & Bolts and complete Stay Set will be arranged by the contractor Except Stay Wire )

Laying,Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. 3 Phase of 33KV Line including fixing,mounting of P.G.clamp suitable for Dog Conductor at sectional point. (Contractor shall provide necessary PG clamps etc as per Respo Norms.)

Petrolling on feet from starting to end and removal/lopping and chopping of tree branches which are lying in route of 33 KV Overhead Line.

Fabrication & Erection of Cable stand made of two Nos. M.S.Channel 100x50x3 Mtr. Long jointed to each other by means of 05 Nos. M.S. Strip 50x6 mm of Size 150 mm long each by welding at equal distance intercal as per norms and grounting in block of 300x300x700 Completety providing two Nos. cable Clamps also, all the mateial i.e. clamps nuts & bolts will provide by contractor. (All Material Provided by Contractor as per Respo Norms.)

Line Isolator Structure/ Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5mtr in height as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 mtX 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper allingment level and plumb. Both plinths of the Isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges. (All material will be supplied by the contractor Except steel Channel and Angle).

Lightening Arrestor Structure/ Post Insulator Structure Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/ Post Insulator as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. Installation of Line Isolators Assembling and installation of line/Bus isolator on the Isolator structure , adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensured smooth operation of the same. In case of line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Installation of Post Insulator and Lightening Arrestors Assembling and installation/ mounting of three Nos.Lightening Arrestors on the L.A. structure and Post Insulator on Post Insulator Structure complete and making earth connection ( Separate ) and line connections for L.A. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE Cable single circuit by HDD system(Deep Drilling)/Normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply and fixing of required material as Local sand, Ist class bricks. After Lying Cable as per Norms filling of soil in trench leveling and ramming of the same (All the material will be supplied by the contractor except 33KV XLPE cable)

Laying of XLPE Cable through Canal /road/Drain/ Crossing in M.S. hume Pipe (The Material required fot laying will be Suppiled by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE Cable)

High Pressure testing with to which 33 KV Line able to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on erected D/P with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of 01 Nos. Angle 65x65x6 mm 2.80 Mtr. Long Including Its Complete Jumperng with Required Clmaps nuts and bolts as per Resspo Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like MS Pipe , Clamps, And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 2800 mm).

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits O/D end Termination suitable for 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. ( Jointing Kit supplied by Dept.)

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing Straight Through kit suitable for 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. ( Jointing Kit supplied by Dept.)

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class G.I. pipe 50 mm Dia 20mtr long from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice.

Painting of Post Insulator and L.A. Structures, Line Isolator Structures and Cable Stand with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of AL.Paint of good quality including cost of material, Labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Fabrication, Erection and grouting of cable route marker. ( Contractor shall provide all materials)

Painting of ST Pole Painting of 11 Mtr STP structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of AL.Paint of good quality including cost of material, Labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Grouting of 9 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP support structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, grouting with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brickballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.(All Civil Material shall be supplied by contractor)

Laying, stringing sagging binding and jumpring of ACSR Dog Conductor on Existing Towers on both Banks of Gomti river. Proving and fixing 6 Nos. of 120 KN Polymer Disc Insulator 06 Gun Fitting , P G Clamps and all required materials(Contractor shall provide all necessary Item like PG clamps Gun Fitting , 120 KN Disc Insulator etc as per Respo Norms.).
