Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork using old bricks obtained from demolition straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 as in walls etc. using old bricks obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls etc in CM 1:4 including finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering other than fair faces of brick work of walls etc in CM 1:4 including finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

As per srl item No 07 above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples etc., complete all as specified and directed.
